As was mentioned, this is not Caesars main job. He is a veterinarian and doing this as a side line. If you are not interested in the precious then don't bother bashing him. I have 2 of his mods, do you have any?

I think it only tells half the story. The fact that he didn't come out and say it until late November, while there were some 300+ folks that had pre-ordered on his internet store front is the other side of it.... along with promises to fulfill all the pre-orders, and all the promises that they would be shipping in two weeks, next week, any day etc.... he created the expectations and didn't deliver- that's what folks are ...... about.
I'm bashing him by calling him unreliable? Why? He is unreliable. Give me a break. LMAO
Also, who said I'm not interested in the Precious? I have a pre-order number just like hundreds of other people. I don't believe that I'll ever actually get one. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested in it.
Okay, fair enough. We have no idea what he is doing in Romania, we have no idea how busy he actually is or what is going on in his private life. Granted, making "promises" to people and not following up with them is certainly not an attribute in his favor.
I am one of the first five who is supposed to get his new mod and when I received an email from him asking me if I was still interested and then when I confirmed that I was and he responded that he was going to be sending me an invoice in a few days and it never showing up had me curious as to why bother sending me an e-mail. But I am not going to get excited about it, if it comes, great, if it does not, whatever.
I guess I just don't like to see people getting bashed when they cannot defend themselves. Yes, if he were to even show up on the forum and say something in his defense, that would be nice, but he has not. Maybe he is just a poor communicator. Maybe I just give people benefit of the doubt too much. When that idiot was selling the vapzillas was taking his sweet time communicating I was laid back as well and I got screwed by him. I gave him my money and never got a product or my money back.
There is no one right here and there is no one wrong, yes he should communicate more and yes people should be more patient. No one has laid out any cash yet, so no one is getting taken. A mod was promised to come out and it has not and we have been given no reason why. So I would suggest to just keep an eye on the thread every now and then and move on to other things. Their are plenty of new and interesting mods coming out on the market.
Sorry Industrial action, I have gotten a bit over zealous. You are correct in that he is not a good communicator and does not keep people informed as to what is going on with his product like all the other vendors do. A person should be able to spare at least 5 minutes to let people know what the situation is when they get people hyped up about a "product" that they are supposed to be making is progressing. I apologize for alluding that you were bashing him.
i dont know enough about the tech to say for sure, but by the time i get around to #222, if that happens, i'll already have at least 2 or 3 different 3rd gen "smart" pv's.

The Provari is superb and I also have my Phidias' (which is a keeper).

I really would like to see a quality post from him with an update and a real time frame, or, at the very least, something confirming whether or not they'll actually come to market. If not, that's fine, I'd just rather know than continue to wonder.

I think at this point, we're all still hanging around hanging around because we're genuinely interested in the device. Some of us see the glass half full, the rest of us see it half empty- either way it's half a glass.

Thank you industrial. I understand how you feel. It is like getting teased. But think of the mystery as part of the excitement. Imagine how I felt when after so long I get an email from him saying he was going to send me an invoice! Then, nothing! Oh well, maybe one day. Right now my mind is on my Darwin in transit and several other mods that are in the postal system pipeline. Besides there is the eclipse to wait for as well as a few others waiting in the wings.
I agree jimho, it's not like it is major job checking the thread. Besides, collectively we share news that one person might have not heard or known.
