I sent this to you in an email addressed to your live account that you have listed under your IM section of your profile a few days ago seeing as ecf is not allowing me to send you a msg on here. Not sure if you got it since I havent gotten a response yet but I purchased one of this nifty new tanks from you about 2 weeks ago and the atty that i received with the tank after a couple days of use fell apart on me i was pulling the super tight cap off and it caused the top sleeve of the atty to separate from the bottom connector, so i went ahead and purchased a new atty from your store. In some random act of kindness which was greatly appreciated, you guys sent me two attys unbeknownst to yall of my prior issue with the first atty. Grade A customer service you have definitely earned a loyal customer that will (and has already begun to) spread the word of your great product ie the reactor tank... anyways i went to go install the new atty that i received and as i was inserting it into the bottom of the tank it seemed to have torn the o-ring that resides in the inner lower part of the tank... I understand that this tank is still a work in progress and that there are still revisions to it to come but is there anything you can do for me? an o-ring replacement along with an email that contains instructions on how to change it would be sufficient.

I am still having an issue with the tank, no mater what I do still leaks from the center
I can drive to your place to show me ( I am in NJ) or if you think that will never work correctly, I would like to return it,

Well, got my second Reactor tank in today along with some new attys and my new black with green LED ProVari. I also ordered some polypropylene tubing from a site and cut some new tanks for the Reactor. They look cool and are performing as they should. Just wanted to post a pic of the new set up and the new tanks. The silver ProVari has Boba's Bounty and the black ProVari is running Elixir Liquids 1.21 GigaWatts. I have found that VG juice is running better than PG.

Don't rush Drew, I won't be back from Hawaii until a week from Monday, so its OK if you want to wait til, say Thursday, just to ensure that I can have one waiting in my mailbox when i get home....
Awesome! At the moment I only really use my Reactor on my Provari because I don't quite get enough "oomph" out of the dual coil atty on a 3.7v device (or with 10 watts with a kick). A nice single coil atty would let me use this on more of my PV's.
Maybe they will be back. I really dont enjoy this tank at all anymore. It leaks and is extremely inconsistent. Hopefully this new revision will be released with 110% confidence instead of just 100% like the last one was.
