Bill - Same "Link" results for me with Safari on Windows 7 as with Explorer10.

I don't know what to tell you, Cool. Nothing I do makes the link NOT work properly. Left click, right click, contextual menu or not, same window or new window, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome---the link always operates exactly as it should, taking me right to the most recent update of The Big RY4 List.

Been vaping for almost 2 months, found this thread while I was looking for my first RY4. Thought I'd be asking a bunch of questions, but just been reading the last cpl weeks, all my questions (and much more) have been answered.
I started with tobacco, then US Mix, Spring Vapors RY4 (with x-vanilla, was way too much, perfumey), and now Mr E's Grey Matter (my fav so far). Love Caramel and Vanilla so RY4 should be right up my alley. There are a bunch to try, but since I like Mr E's GM so much and his RY4 has some good reviews here, I bought his today. I'll report back with a review.

taguy,

MrE's Grey Matter has gotten lots of praise in various threads I've read. Another mystery juice that seems to please many people. And yes, MrE's RY4 is in the B+ group on The RY4 Report Card, which ain't too shabby.

Mr. E's Grey Matter is an odd one. The best way I can think to describe it is that it's sort of like a grapefruit soda type deal. Lot of bitterness that's sweet, sour and somehow bubbly at the same time.

I'm not sure that I love it, personally, but it is a unique flavor.

So I got my Skydancer RY4 in and thank you sir!!! I like it as much as I am going to like any NET RY4, its a great RY4 and to be honest the other verison was great also.....

I did find something interresting today I was looking at some coffee syrups being I love me some coffee i found this info as the discrption for Classic Caramel syrup for coffee...... Take the buttery rich flavor you enjoy and add a dark caramelized taste for some flavor excitement. Tack on a subtle fruity finish and you're going back for seconds on that latte…

So I looked at the Ingredients...

Pure cane sugar, water, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness).

Also I found if you make caramel at home you need of lemon juice and vanilla extract...

I am not looking at apples to apples here but it looks like citric acid is used just for a caramel taste its self maybe and it seems would be the reason in ejuice flavs also....

Got the v11 today. Sorry Bill, I just couldn't handle this one lol. I agree with the person who said it was like apricot/peachs. To me, the tart and sour kind of over took the whole juice. I get the fruit on the inhale and a weird creaminess and harsh acidic aftertaste. It's hard for me to taste the skydancer or caramel. I think the NF flavors need some more time as well. I will try again after some steeping, but I will stick to the v2b. Maybe if I like fruit vapes I would like it more, but to me it isn't RY4-like. It's all part of the experimentation process though! I really appreciated getting to be a beta tester. Thanks again, Bill!

I got the v11 in yesterday. It was quite the pleasant surprise as I didn't expect it :)

I don't get the peaches or apricot that others are reporting.

I actually think I prefer this over the previous, which is surprising because it was so amazing before. My fiance also loved this one.. And she hasn't liked any other tobacco blends in the past. The caramel and vanilla are much more dominant in this, the tobacco is more of a back flavor than what's in the front. It comes off to me as somewhat more of a dessert RY4. The sweetness is pronounced, but smooth and creamy and quite delicious. It pairs well with the handle of sailor jerry rum I picked up the other day :)

I will say that as I bump the voltage up, the tobacco steps up more, at lower voltages its more of a wisp than a punch. A great balance as if I need that tobacco kick I can increase the voltage a bit, but if I want that sweet creamy goodness I turn it down some. A very versatile vape.

Editing this to share what I note. This is on an L-Rider Lavatube v2.5, fresh battery. Evo-D clearo, 2.6ohm coil.

3.7v - super caramel, almost butterscotchy... Like a Werther's original. Very little if almost no tobacco flavor.

4.0v - caramel/butterscotch flavor less pronounced, vanilla comes through. Slight tobacco smokiness at the end, enough to know it's there but not enough to overpower. Very balanced. Possibly my favorite.

4.3v - tobacco more pronounced, sweetness fades somewhat but still there and easy to identify. The caramel and vanilla balance out even more.

4.5v - the flavors combine and balance even more, almost somewhat nutty in a way... Hazelnut maybe? Still a great taste. The smokiness of the tobacco fades somewhat but you can still tell it's a NET.

4.7v - even nuttier, sweetness is less pronounced.. Flavor still well balanced and quite delicious. (I will note that I haven't found many juices that I've enjoyed over 4.5v on this resistance, so that's something)

5.0v - tobacco flavor is dominant, caramel and vanilla still prominent on the exhale, still a great balance and very tasty.

The fact that I can adjust and enjoy this to preference based on whatever I am craving at the current moment is really nice. It makes it an ADV material simply because it seems so versatile in being able to tune it to what you're craving by simply turning the voltage up or down. I haven't come across any juices that hold that quality for me, and it's simply impressive.

*editing again to add*
The fact that my fiance enjoys this speaks loudly in my eyes (and not just cause she is awesome) but because she has tried the "popular" tobaccos (Boba's, gandalf/legend, gorilla juice, et al.) which are nearly impossible to obtain, and hasn't really liked them. She said they almost had an artificially chocolate-like taste. Even the previous Skydancer she didn't dislike, but wasn't crazy about it. This is one that from the first taste her comment was "this is actually really good, I didn't expect this from a tobacco."

I was filling cartos with Skydancer RY4 NET v11 and CigTechs' Ripple Effects RY4. I kind of became confused, so now I don't know which is which, and I think I might have mixed some together.

So I guess the v11 will have another day or so to steep before I give my opinion. I also plan to review CigTechs' RY4, but might wait until after the v11 review is complete.

*starts opening another new Boge carto*

Just recently ordered a 30 ml size of Smokeless Image's RY4 based on all the good things I've read about it in this thread. I have only tried a single RY4 so far, that being Halo Tribeca, so I've not much to compare it against, but upon reading your review out here, I can sort of pick up on that medicinal taste you mention. Not that I mind it too much, truth be told, I've always loved the taste of cough syrup, Nyquil, and the like (I know, I'm strange...) so that's probably why that undertone never really jumped out at me. That said, I'm truly enjoying a lot of the desert flavors I've picked up recently too so it sounds like SI's RY4 may be the perfect blend I'm seeking in my choice of RY4.

Thanks again for all you do Bill in putting this thread together, and for all the input from others. Though I couldn't take the time to make it through the entire thread, having only been a member here for a few weeks now, I did flip around through several pages and search for specific terms to read a lot of your reviews. Great job! :toast:

Got home from my business trip today and waiting in the mail was my bottle of Skydancer RY4 v11. Loaded up a brand new CE4 on my VV ego at a simple 3.7 volts and all I can say is WOW! OK, I'm not so eloquent with words as others, and I have not had the previous versions, but this is a wonderful, smooth flavor. Not too much of any ingredient, just a nice smooth blend. I get all the flavors nicely mixed together. Just had a few puffs, but I can see where this bottle is not going to last very long :toast:

Thank you Bill! and thank you for including me in the pleasure of this wonderful juice!

I took my two bottles of Skydancer to The Vapor-Mart yesterday, during a meetup with an ECF boardie. The boardie, a Net aficionado, and the owner enjoyed both juices but preferred v11. Personally, I'm still undecided. I really enjoy both and even though they have the same NET extraction, they're very different juices. This is a wonderful conundrum to have!

EC Blend has the BEST RY4 I've ever inhaled. I have tried a LOT.

FWIW When I first started vaping (didn't even have my starter kit(s) yet) I found myself in Atlanta, GA with a few hours to kill, so I went to Vaperite's B&M store. I tried a few juices, my first real juice (other than a "drug store" disposable) and left with some sample sets, one was Tobacco that included their RY4 & VR4. When I got home I had my new toys and some juice to test. Because I so loved Vaperite's RY flavors, I decided to try others. I purchased some EC Blend RY4, and although it was a little weak, I added 2 drops of TFA Asian RY4 I had and it was really pretty good, but what did I know?

As I experiment and try different vendors, I am finding very different variations. I'm not good at figuring out little flavor nuances, When sinuses act up, can't smell or taste anything. But when I'm good, I love this "type" of juice. Some more than others, but try some of the suggestions. I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. I stick to sample sizes for now until I figure out my favorites.

Thinking about ordering the Smokeless Image RY4... Anybody else try it besides Bill? How is it?

I usually don't like high PG juices since I usually taste an odd aftertaste. It just has such a good price and is very highly ranked so I was thinking about giving it a try. Anything else comparable in the same price range? about $13 shipped

Other than perhaps your not favoring PG, I think it is a good. safe purchase.
