Darn it all, I just got my Mom & Pop order at work. Normally I carry spare cartos for just such an eventuality, but I forgot today. Conspiracy and Pchela's Poison smell absolutely mouthwatering.

IMPATIENT.

Here's my first-puff review of Mom and Pop Vapor shop "Conspiracy".

Conspiracy is a medium gold liquid of thinnish texture. The website describes it thusly:

Exotic and tropic, this tobacco is flavored with a secret sweet blend stolen from Area 51's coconut division, heehee!

Accompanying this listing is a coconut with a face carved into it. This is the sort of whimsical, juvenile silliness that instantly appeals to me.

Ahem. Moving right along...
I loaded this into a SMOKtech EGO Mega DCC and attached it to my Joye 18650 mod with a freshly-charged battery. Inhale...

RICH. First word that comes to mind when puffing on this blend. The tobacco is very smooth but with great body. It produces great clouds of dense, moist vapor that have me literally licking my lips after each puff. There are no harsh edges to this blend whatsoever. There is vanilla and fresh coconut detectable if you really put your mind to it, but there's also a fresh creamy overtone that is not unlike the equally bodacious Voo's Brew from Copper Creek. Overall though, I just keep relishing that initial WHAP upside the head of rich tobacco.

Conspiracy's throat hit at 18mg is on the low side of medium, which surprises me but doesn't disappoint me since I'm not all that concerned with throat hit.

As of yet I've not noticed any caramel, so this isn't a proper RY4 in the strict sense. Does this review belong here then? I propose yes, because I think that RY4 lovers will appreciate the satisfying sweetness of this liquid. It is forward and sexy. If it were a woman, it would be Christina Hendricks. If it were a man, it would be Antonio Banderas.
Well done Mom and Pop. I'm very much looking forward to trying their other creations.

Bill, you really do have a way with words. ROTFL. I do not know what your profession is/was, but I bet writing played a significant role!

Passer I am in your court on this one. I bought some Conspiracy after reading Hangdudes comments about it along with some M&P RY4 and RY4v2. The jury is still out on this one whether or not I like it. I first dripped some Conspiracy on a Smoktek LR 501 atty and thought it was really different than anything I have tried and it was good enough IMO that I felt it was worthy of filling a Boge carto. So, after filling the carto I set my Provari to 4.0 volts and took a good long draw. To my surprise, it did not taste ANYTHING like it did on the atty. I played around with different voltage stettings but cannot find a "sweet spot". This is a blended juice but I am not so sure I like it. Maybe coconut is just not my thing for a smoke/vape. I like coconut in some things - maybe this just needs some steeping time. YMMV.

It isn't.

In the past, we had a kind of de facto unspoken rule here on The Really Big RY4 Roundup thread that discussion of juices was generally limited to RY4 and other liquids that could pass for RY4 or were close facsimiles, but that rule was never hard and fast. I myself have written many posts that don't have anything to do with RY4 specifically. Even though I did get up on my high horse with one poster awhile back for spamming here about Vermillion River Premium Blend (or was it Kentucky Vanilla? I forget...), I'm inclined to let off scarf-ace with just a warning shot over the bow. I mean, she was careful to reference RY4 in her review, and that was smart. You know, covering her posterior in advance, so to speak.

I do think that further discussion of Conspiracy from this point on should occur in a separate thread. Like, for instance, in the review thread linked below started by our esteemed colleague thehangdude:

Also, how about this? In future, let's all try to label any posts we leave on the thread that are not related to RY4 as "OT" (Off-Topic). Just tack that onto the top or bottom of any post you think might be questionable. We just don't want the thread to get so off-track that it loses its way in the woods and starts looking like a "post anything you want" thread.

back to the subject at hand.... loving me some MOV Classic CountRY4 right now I just cant get tired of this stuff.... Wounder when Backwoods Brew and most important Alien Visions will release the new RY4s, its taking forever since RAF was taken I just have not been the same..

Passer, my daily RY4 rotation includes MOV, BWB and QuicNic and in no specific order. I love all 3 of them. I ordered some other flavors from Don just last week and finally got him to respond to an e-mail asking about his progress in the quest for a new RY4. His response is that it is coming along "slowly but surely". I wish/hope the emphasis is on "surely" and not "slowly" but he would not elaborate. Considering I only possess about another 10 - 12 mls of BWB RY4, I dread the day my last drop is vaped. That day is approaching far too quickly for me!

You are too funny! If anyone wants to get rid of some BWB RY4, send me a PM, I will be happy to oblige! One of the flavors I was referring to from BWB is Vanilla Bean. I just filled up my first carto with this juice, I think this has potential to be an alternative in the short term. I am going to play around with some tobacco juices I have and see if I can come up with a combo that is even better by mixing them.

There is someone on ECF named Pharmboy who makes a juice called Black Sundae and when I first vaped it I thought it tasted like BWB RY4 but then I changed my mind... hopeless thinking I guess...What I dont understand with BWB he does have a Vanilla Bean already so why not just use that in his RY4, its a good flavoring and it seems he can get that as much as he needs.

I'm sure that Don is working on a replacement. That's the good news. The bad news is that he's cautious and careful about developing new flavors (read: slower than molasses), so the "new, improved" BWB RY4 (or whatever he'll call it) may not show up tomorrow.

Bill, I know you are right about Don. His last RY4 was a masterpiece and Rome was not built in a day. So, I am faithfully parlaying my options of something that at least my taste buds "think" is close to that masterpiece. Maybe I can fool them in the short term

Yes, I managed to get one bottle out of the same batch. It is my understanding that one was the last. I cannot remember the exact date but I think it was mid to late May. Do you want to part with your bottle? LOL.

I know, that was pretty weak. But, I assume anyone on this thread is a RY4 lover and not much chance of parting with the last BWB they have. So, I have been back on BWB's site and made another purchase - Dulce de Leche and Backo. I know if mixing this with Vanilla Bean will create a good RY4, Don would surely have already done so. However, I must try it for myself - this mixture may be the holy grail to my palate but not good enough for Don (wishful thinking ). One day next week I will post the result of this experiment.
