Evening all! What is wrong with this pic? Notice the RM2 on the Purple Grand? It's leaning :( I dropped it and it now looks like leaning tower of pisa. Can I bend it back? It works and performs fine but looks crooked

Darn taptalk showed I had a double post, so I deleted one...

I'm getting massive voltage drop on my Reo. I decided to look into this when I tried the cyclone on my good ol' tube mod and found the performance was significantly better.

I'm getting a total of about .7V drop at 1ohm on my Reo. :(

.2V from battery positive to the atomizer positive.
.15V from battery negative to the atomizer negative, most of which I found to be across the spring... (Sometimes I hate safety features like this, as the battery I'm using is already extremely safe)
.35V drop across the battery under load.

On my tube mod I get .4V with the same battery and same atomizer.

I bought my Reo from a local shop. Is there a warranty I would be voiding if I mod it? I find this to be far too much drop. Also, thoughts?

Have you tried unscrewing the RM2and putting it back on? It may have jumped a thread.

Ive had this many times if not already you will likely have to get a new 510 fitting if it happens again. its likely torn the threads on either the atty or the Reo I've had both happen

i dont know heck i didnt even know what one was i dont use anything fancy to make my coils :)
I never really have either. In the early stages of making my little portable rebuildable kit, I forgot to put something to wind coils on. I had one occasion where a vape shop employee wanted to try some rebuildbles out, and I said I'd make some coils for him on the spot. I had a fun time widdling down a Q-tip as a form and using my tweezers as a form. Hey, with a torch, pliers, and tweezers you can make a ....... wound coil look pretty good.

As far as my personal coils, I typically use a bottle needle tip for the microcoils sitting on cotton, and a 5/64" drill bit for microcoils with silica/ekowool wicks. It's worked out pretty well and have included them in my kit with great success.
