Oh crap. I figured out the "true secret" and I seem to have lost the knowledge of this great epiphany. I am glad I shared it with you though, since the "true secret" must be profound. At least I think it was, but really have no idea.
On Thanksgiving Day I left visitor messages for several REOnauts. I had every intention of sending one to everyone in the lounge, but ran out of time before leaving to see my folks. I do apologize to those I missed...definitely did not mean to leave anybody out.

I have a niece, Lauren, so I can see where he might think that. In fact, when I was growing up I knew a few males named Loren and Laurin, but Lauren was not popular (they used Laura back then) until Ralph Lauren and all those girlie patterns started showing up
Loren is completely different from Laurin, one is pronounced Low-ren as in Lorenzo and the other is Law-rin as in Lawrence, which is why I wanted to know how he spelled his name so I could "pronounce" it when I read it.
Of course, if you are from the south all bets are off on how they pronounce it, just like everything else (had to, sorry!)

I don't know any other male Laurins in the world. It can cause problems at times. Named after my dad who died 4 months before I came into this world. Another gray day here. Winter time blues nipping at the heels...think I'll try to rustle Mom & Sis into taking showers so we can go to town and shop the antique stores, look at lights and check out the most recommended pastry shop in town.
