No. When I was younger, I was compared to Alyssa Milano, but I never saw the resemblance myself. But I can see...Uma and I have similar eyes & nose if I hold my breath and hold my head right in a down light, during a blue moon with a little photoshopping...LOL. But I promise ...that is where the similarities end. Thank you for the compliment though.

Good evening Reoville. Snow is falling fast here. Found a PBS Series on Netflix "The Paradise." Tucked under my camo snuggie watching one after another episode. Another four days and the daughter and two grandchildren arrive for a 3 1/2 weeks visit. I don't think I'll be able to keep up with those perpetual motion machines. Its been two years since I've seen them other than Skyping. Beans are soaking for baked bean production run tomorrow. I rescued a cast iron skillet today. I seasoned it this afternoon and I'll try it with bacon and eggs tomorrow morning. Its a "Griswald." Made between 1919-1940. Desirable skillet. Isn't Google great. We know everything now.

Did someone say BACON!

ETA: It smells better in here tonight.

every month...I work on a lot of ads...many of which I design myself. I'm still learning and have a long way to go, but this month I was issued a challenge by one of my clients who has a lot of confidence in me. I'm really happy with how it turned out even though I was about a day late with it. Here it is....I smeared his information to conform with rules. He sent me a picture of his grand daughter and wife and asked me to make an ad with her holding a house with a holiday background. 2 days before deadline.

i sat at my desk two nights ago as my phone made odd chirpy noises and after about 4 times i went to see what it was and it was all my workmates in something called 'conversation mode' discussing how to pick something up from a supplier.

i hate my phone, even though it has a keyboard on it if i fold it out - i do not have the hands of a Chinese infant necessary to use it.

i shall remain devoted in no particular order to keyboards, tower computers and bacon on Sundays.

Thank, Laurin The text was all him. I just took 3 images and blended them with the rudimentary knowledge I have. Ya...i'm not fond of his mug shot either. I wish he would use his radio pics....they're much more natural and approachable. The holiday living room isn't even a photo. It's a painting. I couldn't find an image with the right lighting that would go with the lighting on the baby...so I grabbed the painting and blurred it.
