Couple of REOS related questions; 1) what kind of wax do you use to protect your REOS ? I've been using some old Nu Finish car wax I've had lying around for maybe 20 years, there should be something better. 2) Does anyone know where I could get a non-glass purple sparkle drip tip to match my Purple Sparkle VV Grand ? 3) is it safe to attempt engravings on REOS doors, or will the finish flake off ?
Any assistance is appreciated, thanks.

I have a gorgeous acrylic pink and purple swirl drip tip with the stainless steel core that I got from - Mr Vapes - There is a web site. He sells beautiful tips. I also did not want glass that I could break. I have bought several of his tips and am very pleased with them very unique!

I use Howard's Feed 'n' Wax for my wood mods because Alice and Karen told me to! :)

Listen to women when they speak, or listen to women when they DEMAND ! Right, trunker ?
Although, I was looking for something for Metal, not Wood. I've come to the conclusion that I am far too abusive of pretty much anything I touch for Wood, so I've dedicated myself to being a Metal Head.

I don't use any wax on my metal REO's. Just a dish soap and water to clean.

I have seen lots of purple acrylic tips on various sites. But I have not seen too many with sparkles.

With the powder coat I am not sure about flaking. The anodized were safe to engrave.

Yes, I did!

Guess I will have to drop by the wood thread and tell everyone to go order Howard's for their new wood REO's!

I still have over half a bottle for my wood REO's!

Happy New Year friends!!!
Paw, I use this on my REos and my bikes, it's safe for anodized and p.c. finishes and makes my metal feel like silk:) Buy it at a bicycle shop:)

Hiya Scott

<~~~~ helping clean up house! HRH is still in bed! hehehe.

We always stay in together for New Year - the police are like wolves and where we live is not exactly New York, so there's not much going on anyway!

Hope you had a good one too.
