I love summer because the sun lasts so long and is so warm on my old bones then i feel the best :) I don't even use ac in the summer just fans.

Of course we all are different Other wise everyone would live in Florida :D

eta i love Pooh

My Mom is a Summer lover, and she was born in August. I have a untested theory that we love the season we were born in. Holds true for all of my immediate family.

Do you love the season you were born in?

Nope. I was a December baby and summer lover. It's possible though for me to be born in summer, I would just have to move to Australia. So, with that in mind, your theory would test right :D

Yep! I'm a January baby and I love the winter. My favorite season by far. I love being able to play with the kiddo in the snow and snowball fights are the cats ... lol. My fiancée doesn't find them as much fun as our daughter and I, so we bombard her with snow balls when she leave a the confines of the house. :D

Good morning/afternoon Reoville :)

Don't like winter at all. Spring and Fall are my favorites. Love the summer but just because of our pool!

Goodest morning to everyone its dark outside here and pissing with rain its horrid wish it was snow thats for sure we've had an inch and a half rain in about 12 hours here

I figured you'd be out doing damage control. Every transformer around us blew last night...starting shortly after my last post. Got to listen to the electric overload all night as each one went...I think I drifted off around 3 am or so. The power came back on about 630 this morning. Wind was ripping through her something awful and our yard is full of tree debris. But we're in a good spot so the damage here was minimal. But there are still many in our county without power and a bunch of roads closed due to downed trees and power lines. It will take them a couple of days to get to it all....especially because we have another low pressure system on the heels of this last one.

Good morning, everyone! :)

last week went from 21f to 71f in 2 days. I get up in the morning and have no idea what to wear. I went from thermals and 2 t-shirts, a sweater, and a hoodie,(cos i like to look cool and rob banks) to just jeans and a t-shirt.

My delight comes from people that get it wrong: shorts and t-shirt and it's 36f. Oh dear.

The power only fails here at the most regrettable times, either when it's freezing cold or scalding hot. I thought buying a generator was a smart move until i was inundated with cellphones to charge. As long as HRH has her internet - she's happy!

Its funny...16 years ago, I couldn't take a compliment if my life depended on it. I only responded with self deprecation. It was so bad that a friend of mine took it upon himself to break me of that bad habit. Over the course of 6 months he constantly came at me with compliments and would only stop when I responded the right way. Over time, I adapted and began to be thankful of the praise I received and responded accordingly. For the most part, I still do, but after 5 minutes of gushing praise while I'm just standing there :Ding, ....I start to feel a bit foolish like I'm eaves dropping in some private conversation. Thankfully, the lady got the hint and helped me find another topic, which I could participate in and start offering praise to others. Totally took the pressure off and I'll forever be thankful for that.

Huggggs Lisa for no apparent reason!
