Speaking of extraordinary...my physical therapist just told me to draw up a business plan for a bakery. He has been wanting to invest in a cupcake or doughnut shop. I immediately fell into shock and couldn't talk right, so I have a million questions to ask him at our next visit. I'm just over the moon right now.

And my fortune cookie today said- You are about to achieve financial greatness.

I did just that! The mailman was at the other end of the complex and I ran there and got my package... My mail just arrived so I have to go back to my mailbox and get my mail. Lol!

Yeah..... I am trading an Nzonic v4 for a REO as soon as I can find someone that wants it! Lol! I love this thing. The igo bf is surprisingly awesome too.... And I wonder what dual micros stacked would do inside that small little igo....

Happy Birthday Wayne, and belated happy birthday to your Grandbaby! What a nice present

Jen - my niece has a bakery / cupcake shop and when she wanted to expand asked for backers. Her favorite Aunt (that would be me) financed it and it was an excellent investment. It helped a family member and she has never missed a payment to me so helped me as well. Win/win. I have a soft spot for bakers, even if I can't eat what they make. So, my niece started making gluten free and they are a hit! One thing that is interesting is that a lot of cupcake shop owners were willing to share experiences with her, especially since she was moving from a desert environment to Minnesota. Getting it set up and started was a lot of work, and I mean a LOT of work, but the payoff is so worth it to her and her family. I wish you all the success in the world!
