At 11pm tonight, it will be 2years to the dot, since I stubbed out my last cigarette
Frank

Awesome! You're depriving the Crown of their due tobacco tax revenue!

I quietly (no coughing or wheezing) celebrated my 3 year anniversary being smoke free on Jan. 8th. Jan. 7th, 2011 was the day my batteries and charger finally arrived so I could start using my Grand.

Congratulations Frank and Tripp

Good morning Reoville

Good morning, everyone! :)

Finished up work at 12:30am...and just getting ready to run out the door to a meeting.

Congratulations, Frank & Tripp!!!

Saw a post elsewhere and thought I would drop a couple of tips if anyone has been curious. To type the Ω symbol, hold down your ALT key while typing 234, then let go. If you want to type the ° symbol, hold down your ALT key and type 248, then let go.

Morning Lisa!

I have a site bookmarked. This might help some. I have to do the Fn and Alt on my laptop to get it to work.

How to use ALT+Codes

It’s simple, just hold down the ALT key and use the ‘Numeric Keypad’ to enter the numbers then release the ALT key when you are done. They special character should appear.

You CANNOT use the numbers across the top of the keyboard, so if you have a laptop you may need to hold down the ALT key and the Fn key while typing in the numbers on the numeric keypad usually located among the J, K, L keys.

Also here a couple sites with lots of symbols! http://www.thecontrolsfreak.com/2011/tech/alt-codes-you-look-smarter-simple-key-strokes/ http://www.asciitable.com/index/extend.gif

Good morning REOvillians!

Scott, you have me worried! The teeth are a mainline to your bloodstream, and losing a tooth can cause sepsis from all the bacteria in your mouth getting in your blood. Yep, seen it. Please, please have it checked by a dentist and get some antibiotics. It truly is a big deal, and not to scare you but it can literally kill you, and quickly. If you do start feeling sick, or feverish, present to the ER IMMEDIATELY and let them know about the tooth so they can hopefully stop any infection before it becomes life threatening. I am not kidding here.

And on a lighter note, KAREN I just saw your contests, awesome as usual!

I am off to the torture chamber, then hopefully to pick up my car. I had a flat tire and it turned out it was the wheel that was cracked so hopefully that will be fixed up sometime today. I don't really like driving the truck, it is about as opposite a vehicle as what I usually drive as can be! I am used to small and sporty, not big and long and really high up there. I think in all these years I have driven it once. If my car is done, I will be driving it to the tire store and leaving it there and taking my car! I can drive DH to pick up the truck later. I really don't like driving that truck!
