I hope the weather is kind to everyone today.

I just got home from the chiro. So very embarrassing. Laid down on my back and he put out his hand to help me up. My back became a wall of tight muscle spasm. I said no, and that I needed to turn to my side to get up. Screw that! My back would not let me even lift up my shoulders! He had to finally reach out for my hand again and pulled me up. Same thing when I finished from the traction table.
I kinda hobbled and tried my best to be invisible as I finally left.

Pretty colors are good! I remember them well, having done a little too much LDS while in college!

I am a little confused by this. I never really thought of the Latter Day Saints as colorful. Most Mormon's I know are great people, though not very colorful?

Well to repost cause the phone made it look like a double post. When I hurt my back me and my boyfriend had only been dating a month. I fell in the shower and had to call him into the bathroom to help me up. So the first time he seen me naked was floundering around in the bathtub. I am sure he was impressed lol

Alice - I am not sure what I was looking for in your picture, but I did see some nopales blooming. Have you ever cooked with it? It's surprisingly yummy.
Scott - I sincerely doubt buying some shoes will make you female. Now if you start buying the matching purses we can talk
Lisa - I sure do wish you become so profitable soon that you can hire help again and get your .... back in here more!

I sure hope I didn't forget anyone, my poor brain took in a lot catching up! GOOD MORNING ALL!

My PT "taped" my knee, apparently I am not "tracking" properly. I am not sure, but I don't think it is supposed to hurt this much? I will discuss it with him when I go back tomorrow. If this is pain and no gain, forget it! I hate backsliding into taking pain pills again, I resist taking them or by now I would be addicted for sure. I try very hard NOT to become dependent on them, that to me is a very scary thing.

Everyone have a safe and happy Thursday, and for those in pain (both physical and mental) I sure hope things get better for you soon!

Thank you Shelbee. I would get the clear coated tumbled. It's my understanding that the un-clear coated tumbleds scratch real easy and the scratches to show up. Although you can put a mirror shine on the un-coated tumbleds.
