Yeah, you guys are funny, really, really funny. This is going into my weekly report to Lisa with a recommendation that you both be banished to the Oprah forum. (Even that forum is too masculine for you.)

Good morning, Reonuts. Late night, I just woke up and need a nap already.

I just put some stuff in a crockpot for Thursday's dinner. It is sort of a chicken strogranoff, but I used plain full fat yogurt instead of sour cream. Supposedly, the yogurt enzymes keep the chicken breasts (not to be confused with those Pietro was wanting to watch smash) from drying out. If it tastes like crap, I always tell my brothers 911 pizza is always an option! It was pretty easy, just mix 16 oz yogurt, 16 oz chopped mushrooms, 1/2 cup of white wine (I always use vermouth a la Julia Child), a can of mushroom soup, half an onion, chopped garlic, some pepper, and I used a pouch of buillon concentrate. Then pour it all over boneless, skinless chicken breasts (mine were the frozen tenderloins from Costco of course!) and let it cook for 6 to 7 hours on low.

I plan on serving it over baked potatoes instead of noodles because DH decided the 2 of us NEED a huge bag of russets from Costco. I am also the proud owner of more red delicious apples and yellow onions than we can eat in a month if anyone has any ideas on how I can use them (as long as it isn't pastry, my niece has the monopoly on that).

Here is the recipe I based the stroganoff on, http://www.chindeep.com/2012/11/05/healthy-crockpot-chicken-stroganoff/

Great day for me. Got rained out so came home and put some oil on my canes which is when I thought of grabbing some pics. Now having a huge mug of Colombian coffee and watching Amphibious Warships on The Military Channel. Was gonna do some canework but they both needed oiling so I guess its feet up for the afternoon! :vapor:
