nice reo! i could ruin that in ooh, 45 mins at my work.

HRH has decided she wants another mini - so there goes my overtime (shrugs) - i knew i should never have bragged about the damn things.

It takes me even less time to screw that one up. It's nickel plated and polished. Very sensitive to the oils in my skin. Right now it is residing in one of the covers that Karen sent me. It will never look as good as it did they day I got it.

It seems that women especially seem to have a lot of "stay at home" devices! My black/black grand goes everywhere i go - if it didn't have rounded corners to start with - it does now! To my chagrin HRH has put her eVic back in its original box. Scott also kindly sent her a doohickey - more because i pleaded with him, so she'd leave mine alone (that sounds kinda pervy no?).

So now i find myself in this position. 'baby - if you can find a cheap Mini' - pfft, no such thing!!

brb - off to shop!

When I first joined reoville I thought Kay was some sex crazed woman obsessed with Ray. Then I came to learn what everyone else here already knew, that she just has the biggest heart of them all. I hope someone does for you, what you have done for Ray and his sister. I only regret I never got to know Carol as well as the rest of you folks.

Pat...you nailed it on the head with the first sentence, just so you know! Realizing that one is OLD causes all kinds of strange behavior...at least with me! And thank you for the huge compliment!Tho you will learn that my heart is only about the size as everyone else's here...I am being blessed to know such an amazing group of people.

Always have a plan B! So, i put an adaptor on her mini so i can run an RM2 on it. She likes it.

Problem: i like to carry a spare one in my computer case and that was it.

Solution: bought two more.

Not saving a lot of money here - but HRH is happy and i didn't like the colours of the minis available :p

Temps are too cool for the traditional outdoor activities here in the NE -- it's 50, sunny, bright, and quite cool - which is fine by me :D

I hope everyone is enjoying this gorgeous Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend. :thumb:

Ray -- I am so sad to read about the loss of your sis. I think of all the love you showed her by taking that special trip with her and how incredibly happy you made her. May you and your family find peace in knowing she took your love with her. {{{{Ray}}}}

Happy my shopping is done - they had a sale of brisket - HRH was all for getting 2 (easy tiger!!).

All my chores are done and so now i can turn into a couch potato until she tires of me and orders me to do something else. I am thinking that will be tomorrow.

it'll be 90s F all weekend - so whatever i do, it'll get done early! I'm at a loss as to what to do with 3 days off to be honest.

your puppy should be at least 8-10 weeks old before you bring him home. why are you getting him so soon?

I would recommend Blue Buffalo for his food. Its the best IMO. And I wouldnt use city water. Animals are sensitive with their little systems. I only use filtered water or spring water. The love part I know you can supply without advice cuz after all they are just little kids in fur coats!!

Thats what I thought too.... But many owner's letting them go early here so I thought things have changed. My puppy has already started to eat (owner's story) solid food but nut sure what it is yet.

unless you live in Iraq the city water should be fine. he's a dog, the gut of a dog is far stronger than ours.

or live with Well water, which sucks here. We only drink bottled water (refill em at those dispensers outside of beer distributors here in town). When we moved into this apartment I bought one of those water test kits from Lowes and even though I could barely decypher the results, I do remember they weren't good.

Yet another reason I don't DIY other than vaping with a reo in each hand with different flavors - shotgun style

I bred boxer dogs, for years, always let them go from 6 weeks as long as they were feeding ok.
As small puppies, used to give them runny scrambled eggs, boiled cod, chicken, with a little bit boiled rice, all light stuff, never used to give them red meat till 3-4month, to avoid the runs.
If they do get the runs, use a little bit arrowroot, made up like a thick custard, with water, dries them up great
