OMG! So DH comes in from doing whatever DH does to the grass and yard that keeps it looking nice and sits down. I casually ask him, "oh BTW, did you change the AC filter yet? There was a note on the fridge..."

He says, "Oh, no I didn't. I think I have time to do that now". So I ask, "when was the last time it was changed?" "Oh, about 2 years ago". Which for him means probably longer. So he goes up and brings the thing down THICK with dust and proceeds to vacuum the whatever it is that needed to be vacummed before he puts a new one in.

NASA, I think we have found the problem!

ETA: So he just called down from up there, "It was dirty. Really dirty. Glad you said something". And here I was afraid of nagging. Next year I will do the same thing, put a note then a gentle reminder. I told him it was all your guys doing, that we were discussing things that could help my allergies. So,

THANKS AGAIN!!

Good morning, REOville!

Have really enjoyed the puppy stories and pictures last night and this morning. QusieQ made me swoon a little with the super cute name Hallie'Peno :)

Also very happy to hear Lenny is continuing to eat. Continued strength and healing vibes being sent...

You know, I just realized that all of you with allergies should have air cleaners in your homes. I had a cat with allergies so I got two Whirlpool hospital grade air cleaners. What I discovered is that the air in my home was so clean and crisp that I cant live without them. Plus dusting is a breeze. I love the constant "breeze" it makes and I especially love how in winter, it smells so good in here and doesnt get stagnant. Just a thought for all our allergy sufferers. I lost that old gal (aptly named Hobbes for her human like personality) in 2009 when the "melanine" laced pet food came over from China. She lived nearly 23 years. Miss her dearly. I lost 4 cats total from that damn food. Still not over it. Tabitha was born after so no chance of losing her.

I too suffer from horrible allergies, I think it has been two weeks now of constant headaches, watery eyes, and nose gunk :(
Any tips you all have I wanna hear em!! I have an ionic breeze running 24/7, we use allergy filters for the furnace, I take Zyrtec daily, I use a Netty pot, I can't take Benadryl often because I'll sleep for two days. I would do just about anything to be allergy free!! Most of my allergies are out door or cats, I own no cats. Blah blah, blah blah I'm miserable --I shut up now, lol.

My all day vape us coppers creek house blend I really enjoy it as a tobacco blend. I'm looking for a more transparent tobacco juice cause I'm tired if getting my wicks and coils gunned up so fast.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2

I get DKtobacco and RY4 from perfumers apprentice mix them 50/50 at about 16% and it has a pleasant tobacco taste that wont gunk up coils

We have the ionic one going in the front room, but the hepa in the room I am in works really well for me when I remember to use it! As do the allergy filters, when they actually get changed!

I am meeting some friends for brunch in a little bit, so benadryl was not in the cards today. I already lost yesterday, I didn't want to lose another day! I hope you feel better soon, I am extremely hopeful that the culprit has been found and eliminated, as long as I stay out of the wind outside!

HAPPY PURPLE SUNDAY OHANA!!!

Jeni, {{{{special healing vibes}}}} going your way gurl, didn't know you were have having so many health issues . I have a friend who can't lay off the analogs too since he's vaping a paltry 4% nic. Says any higher he gets to coughing, feel sorry for peeps that can't find that sweet spot to be able to completely quit. My experience with ss mesh and ceramics takes a lot of the harshness away from material which eventually burn and well, juice tastes like juice. If you have a RM2, I can build a ceramic rope coil for you and send you one. Need only the resistance and yer addy.

Val, glad to hear that yer allergic symptoms are being reduced :w00t:

Ed, sorry to hear bout losing yer dear friends.

I should have said something sooner, you all are so great with all your encouragement! Nutz, I have a couple of A7minis, but find the mini cartos so easy and I like the taste, and I haven't been able to get a good vape from the A7 RBAs. Thank you for your offer, I may take you up on it when I get going good again and buy a REOmizer 2 in a few months.
Jen, that would be great, a quit buddy may be just what I need. I like Ed's idea of a special date, do you have a surgery date yet? The only special day I have coming up soon is my son's birthday on June 20.
Skyycamel, I 2nd Heather's Heavenly Vapes, their Legend is excellent, and Copper Creek's House Blend is also very good, and my favorite RY4 is from Highbrow.

ahh but Frank a bank holiday weekend - always fun to watch people bake in the traffic chaos!

All i have to say about UK weather is it's a damn good reason to move. So i did. What is not cool is landing at Houston airport wearing a ski jacket when the temperature here (November) was 85f!

T
If you put a decimal point inbetween the 8 & 5, you'll have a normal summer temp where I live

Good morning, Norman! :)

You know...I've seen lots of folks complain about the coughing throughout the ECF. Now I know that I can't speak for everyone, but in my experience that coughing spell is part of the "change." Meaning, that you cough as a result of smoking. Then adding the new substance (vapor) upsets the balance, and adds more coughing. Then once the transition is complete and one isn't smoking anymore at all, there is a period of healing...where the lungs are shaking things loose. More coughing. Once that is clear....no more coughing. It's all a process and one just needs to tough it out, if they can. The one thing that all of these people have in common is that they were still smoking and hadn't completed the transition. I could be wrong, but this theory is based upon my experience.

Back when I first started Vaping about 4 weeks after I completely switched I got really really sick. It was a chest cold from hades. I coughed things up for about 2 weeks. Once I was done, I felt better. After starting back smoking for about 8 months I had the same thing happen when I started Vaping again. I believe that was my bodies way of getting rid of all the stuff in my lungs. Because once I got better I could breath better and felt a ton better. Just my :2c:
