Hey CJ! Guess I have been adding names to that list for a long time! It is much bigger now too!

So good to see you! Missed you also. Lots of folks have come an gone. But we really enjoy seeing them return!

Hope all is fine with you sweetie!

CJ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really miss you and others that have been MIA!

Morning REOville

Always such a warm welcome from you guys, I love it!

All is well in DC. Hot as he**, humid, Cicadas everywhere... but no complaints! I've come out of "try every damn thing on the vaping market" retirement... with the recent growing popularity of rebuildables. Wick + wire is a lot of fun! I've missed quite a bit around here... VV, Reomizers... oh my!

How's the old man doing? Still ornery as ever?? JK, Rob! : D

Good morning, everyone :)

HAHA!!! Karen, you're too funny. I look at it this way....now I don't feel so alone with my post count.

Morning Lisa! Just think what the count on mine would be if I still posted as much as I did my first year! I remember turning guru before I was a ECF Vet.

I won't catch up to you............at least I don't think so! LOL!

Hope your day goes well sweetie!

No, I didn't say I was happy about it! LOL! It is just accentuating the fact that I have been around and post often. I don't need a title for THAT!

Now a Double Reonaut I would wear proudly!!!!

Hey Gil, I can remember when you slowed down posting so you wouldn't be a Guru!

Yeah and see how well that worked out for me.

Things are fine here, Karen. Other than our stupid politicians.

How are things with you?

I think I am improving some! I couldn't get to the chiro last week. Before when I missed it I was anxious to get back. This week has been fairly good. So after tomorrow I plan on going every two weeks and see how that works. Small gains with my neck and back are very much a blessing.

The chiro Dr. is pretty much baffled at the amount of pain I have on a daily basis. His treatments are aimed at areas that he can approach without being punched! So far what he is doing shows promise!

Hope you keep improving. Just one more day and your weekend starts then you can relax while enjoying some Netflix. :)

I'm glad the chiro treatments are working somewhat, Karen. Back and neck problems are the pitts.

I have spinal stenosis and arthritis in my lower back that also affects my left leg down to my foot. So I think I have an idea of what you are going through. I finally had to have that shot in my spine to get some relief.

I don't usually pay attention. Just do what I do and have fun doing it.

When I do pay attention, I try hard to ignore it!

Have you ever tried the inversion tables like the teeter hangups, for the spinal stenosis? I have heard that they can make quite a difference depending on which part of the spine is affected. Same for spinal osteoarthritus.

I haven't. I'm not sure if that would help me at all.

It's my understanding that the pathway the nerves follow through the spine are getting thinner which causes the Sciatica nerve to get inflamed, that in turn affects my leg and causes the pain. My MRIs also show that I also have a lot of arthritis in that area also.

I know when I was sent to the spinal clinic, the tech there was surprised how limber I was considering what my MRI showed. I told him I wasn't concerned how limber or not limber I was and that the pain was the problem and it had been worse before I started seeing a chiro 6 months before. He ended up referring me to the spinal doctor rather than start with physical therapy as I was already doing the exercises they would have me do.
