Succumbed to DH to get rid of it due to electrical problems no one could find solution for for years. (Wish I had known Pietro then. Would have been worth a trip to AZ.) Miss Oscar more than I can express. One thing, though, ...... I had a 4-wheel drive 1982 Diesel Blazer before Oscar ( frequent fuel pump replacements)...... First week, with Oscar I got mucked down in my own driveway and had to be pulled out by neighbor. At any rate. ...... 2003 PT cruiser, near perfect condition, just turned over 28K miles and loaded as possible is going up for trade soon...... I just can't handle being without a truck.

i think i speak from experience if say that the resale value of a used husband is rather less than ANY Reo. I am always negative - i'm sure it's not meant towards you, just the way some of us deal with disappointment.

Believe it or not, i can be absolutely intolerable at times! My wife is of course an angel fashioned from gold and sunbeams!

I once asked my mother why she stayed with my father as he occasionally annoyed her and her answer was ' i can make him more miserable by staying'.

I can tell you haven't squonked yet, don't worry I did the same. Read way more into things than I had to before applying that knowledge. To answer your question, no it won't flood easy. It's all about the press of your finger and the sucking, more akin to using a straw. I would say get an extra long drip tip so you can learn the sweet spot pressure point without getting juice in your mouth as much.

Everytime you squonk, you are flooding the atty temporarily then the extra juice gets sucked back down through the tube into the bottle after your finger releases.

And cheap attys are as good as the best attys, the more expensive ones just are designed to hold a drop or two more. Also if you can widen the holes around the threading with a hand drill, avid sells one, then you can turn any ol' 510/306 atty into a great atty because the juice is fed up through the bottom.

I like to flood it once, unscrew it, blow it out (mouth around atty thread), screw it on, take a hit (it wont be dry) and then squonk to get more puffs in.

This came from another REONAUT, so she will recognize it.

I went ahead and had it rebuilt to be on safe side, since it would be going to a *Reo newbie* -----and bought 2 brand new AW IMR 18650s for it from Randy.......

so it's staying "in the family" cuz Vash is a wonderful addition to the REO Community as I'm sure you've noticed what a nice guy he is.

Grands are just too big for me, i have to much arthritis in my fingers, hands, and wrists to even hold it.

(I ended up buying Della Cirque's REO 2.1 from the classies, so you see, we just move things around over here.

But we all end up with something we LOVE!!! I know I did.!) I love love love love it and will post a photo soon.



Now, i need help w/something. Actually 2 things. Obviously, I am doing something wrong. Firstly, I had a wonderful reo mini black annodized w/silver door, it was stolen from me while I was out of town. good theives are very fast. I am kinda slow these days, so I really am sad about this. I really NEED something to put it in so I can attach it to my person. !!

2ndly, i have lost two trippy tips in less than 2.5 weeks. I use the 1.7 ohm shorty cartos. The trippies have two o-rings...the bottom one fits down into the carto, but the top o-ring does not seem to go inside to the carto.....and I believe that is what made them loose. Do I need to press them in there better or what?

So one I lost getting onto an ATV ... to ride up to somebody's house on a mountain top on july 4th for a party. Their driveway snakes up a mountain side, and is gravel/base, and I did send out a search party but that tip will never be found in over 1/2 - 3/4 miles of dirt and gravel road.

The other one I thought fell off in my purse, but it must've fell off in parking lot at my dentist. I never have found that one either.

So what am I doing wrong? I am sort of heartbroken about losing so many things lately. I'm sort of clumsy I guess, and probably have too much on my mind lately, ya'll know how that is.

Obviously I am not placing the tips onto mods correctly!
