The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
Good evening everyone. 4.5 hours driving and I end up camping 10 minutes from home  everything else is full. Place we wanted to go was 57 degrees and socked in with windy fog. 1 hour away an it's 86 and nice. Got a spot 100 feet from the beach so not too bad. No fires here but have a cheater propane fire here for just these times. Hope alls having a great evening.

i'd drive for 10 more minutes and sleep in my own bed - but can't beat the great outdoors i suppose ;)

I sleep just as well in my trailer as in my bed :D. It's like my home on wheels. Beats a hotel or a tent any day.

Oh and good to see ya back Trunker

Thanks!

I once had a holiday caravan on the coast - like camping but with showers and gas and tv and all that! Much more my cup of tea. It happened to be 300 feet from the second best surfing beach in the country and i used to go down there every spare weekend i could; loved the place.

Now my idea of a holiday is not setting the alarm clock or battling the Texas heat; it's the payback for the schadenfreude for your freezing winters.

But i am only interested in high dollar gear few people have, will nobody apart from caravella and GG cater for me?

OK - i lied - i just bought a voltage tester, but i'm more than happy to pay $5 per mL of liquid as long as it has a brand name i trust.

OR: i have a few Reos, make my own juice (some old mountain dude taught me) and my own coils. I make more money than my wife can spend cos i'm not blowing it all on cigarettes.

T

In a nutshell, NO. Geesh, you ask for a unicorn and misspell it? It is a Caravela, sometimes abbreviated 'vela. :D

Esteveo, I don't believe fasttech offers credit card as an option, only paypal. Atleast when I placed in order back in june (for a joytech eRoll & iTaste MVP). They are the opposite of fast but if the price can't be beat or if it's a hard to find item (like my kir fanis carto punchers from greece) then I don't let long shipping times affect me. I charge it to the game, as you young folks say.

Now the woody on the other hand, I feel your pain. Just hang in there, the rewards are worth the wait and as Kay says, you better take pictures or it never happened! I bought my first woodvil from Andy, then my first VVW from Terry in the classys, and another VVW from Karlya and I can tell you I never once had any buyers remorse.

Jim & Darrel (and Papawbrett if you're out there) when I was a little boy I idolized truckers because of those sleeping compartments in the back. Then I went through a phase in preteen years where I thought it was the greatest thing in the world to live in a big RV because it had a kitchen and bathroom. In my teens and 20s I just wanted to be in a cool 1 bedroom or studio apartment, a bachelor's pad where I could leave pizza boxes stacked up to the ceiling in the kitchen without being nagged to take out the trash, or sleep on the sofa with the tv on all night.

Now in my middle-age I have wet dreams about settling down in the same size house in the 'burbs I grew up in, the one I took for granted. Talk about coming fool circle! I say fool because had I made better choices in my life, maybe I would be living in a house like that by now, instead of dreaming about it.

Vaping was a step in the right direction for me. It's a step that I can live with. Money has been saved by dropping the stinkies. Saved as in long-term health care costs, quality of life, the toll poisoning yourself takes on those around you especially the one's that love you, and so forth. I decided if the day ever comes that I can live without nicotine peacefully, then I won't miss vaping as much as I will remember it as something that helped get me there.

If that day never comes, then just like Dave/George and other reo-vets have said before, vaping is simply put; a better more healthy & effecient way to deliver nicotine compared to what we all grew up with.

Only time will tell.

You pretty much nailed that on the head Redhatpat! It's amazing how whatever decision you make WILL effect the rest of your life. Now if only I/we realized that 10 or 20 years ago.....where would we be now? Better or Worse?
I know I've made plenty of stupid moves since the carefree days of living with and off of the parents. Dookie gets real after living on your own for a few! That said I know my life could be worse....way worse! I might not be in a state of bliss where I'm at now in life but I have no regrets getting here!

Fancy seeing you hear Sean! Did you get a reo yet? Welcome to the Lounge! For those at don't know, I met underdawg recently in the PA thread and gave him some samples of genuine authentic bobas bounty & gorilla juice offline.

Well, technically, my woman handed him the samples in a parking lot at burger king because I was too busy to leave the apartment at the time but she told me "you're a very nice man" so that's good enough for me! I couldn't make the trip up to open-mic night last weekend sorry, but I did get your email!

Vaping has become quite the hobby really - i have loads of gear to mess with and there's ofc the neverending debate about what wicks/coils are the best. (mine and Sterno's ofc).Nice to see a few of the genesis boys trying these things, some of them are really talented coil makers too.

I am in a rather unique position in a lot of ways - i had a good career before i came to the US, but it took me a decade here to reach the same stratospheric levels of 'couldn't give a toss'. I tried an American wife and she made me miserable so i imported one i hand-picked from Europe and never looked back. We both stopped smoking at the same time and i cannot underestimate the difference that makes.

Where we live is just a matter of choice (mostly hers), but despite the brutal summer heat - i am rather happy in Texas and after 36 English winters you'd understand why!

A life is not the buildings you inhabit or the money you make, it's the friendships and people you surround yourself with that define what you are.

I gotcha, it's all good!

I haven't got one yet but at some point today while lurking in the shadows of ECF and youtube, I had a moment of clarity and commited myself to start saving up and get a Mini 2.1 once I get back from "vacation" in a few weeks (I made a post about it in somewhere around here!). I have yet to see a valid complaint on any of the REO except for some user error and trivial junk as opposed to a lot of the other popular MODS out there. The eGos I have now are nice and do the trick and all but I know there's better (and I want better) so hopefully in a month or two at the earliest I'll have my hands on one, perferrably blue and black and not no stupid Blu E-Cig commercial that's on my TV right no.......ohhh damn I'm ranting!!! LMAO!

Texas is a nice state to live in, matter of fact if I didn't meet my wife I could almost guarantee ya I'd be living somewhere around Austin. I lived in Texas for 3 years while in the service and it was a blast, heat and all! Miss the storms that would roll thru!

RHP's ol' lady is a nice young lady, tell her thank you for the compliment! It did feel shady at BK but hey I was like a person who smokes porcelain looking rocks who hadn't tried it yet and still was fiending for it! Lol, BB and GJ lived up to my expectations, thanks again Pat!!
