I see I assumed you planned on two batts in the 18490  well I guess the assumption was trying to make an ... of me :D Its ok Ive been an ... most of my life

Still tho why not get better battery life with a 18490 batt and a RM2 built to suit ?

The battery life isn't as important to me as the higher voltage is. I like the smaller packaging as well.

Why not just lower the ohms and get the same result. With a micro coil you can lower the ohms and up the amount of coils giving more warmer vapor same as having upped the voltage. I don't know it just seems more logical in my mind. I run my vv at about 5 volts and the vapor in my 18490 is very much the same with a lower coil.

Darrel I guess we have to agree to disagree on this. Each to their own. Some people like a consistent vape. Even if you tune the atomizer how you like it as you vape the battery loses it voltage and the vape gets cooler. Some people don't like that so they change the battery out when it gets too cool for them. Each vape loses a little bit of heat. Why else would Rob sell a VV devise. People can use a Grand and tweak their coil but the same thing applies so he made a VV Reo and plenty of people use them for this reason. The kicks no different as it applies here.

One other point. When I ran a Kick in my Grand I got as much if not more run time out of a 18490 as I did with an 18650 because I could use much more of the battery than I could with the larger battery. More usable power was available to me than what the larger battery could provide for me to get a satisfying vape.

Right now I am running a straight Grand and I like it but I might pick up another Kick in the future. Either way floats my boat at this time. I just have to remember to put the damn battery in the right way as I've killed two Kicks by not doing that.

lol, why do I think thats not gonna happen especially since you have a VV anyway. I like both. One of these days I'll get one of Robs VV Reos. I would like a wood one though. Hows your back feeling?
