Weather is miserable but other than that it's good. Job I'm doing now pays about $40 more a day than regular so I'm happy to do it
as i recall your work involves dealing with trees, especially after storms? i live in Sacramento , but it's only rained once in many months, so you'd probably be much more miserable (and broke)

Dont you pay your public servants well ? I work for a small municipality on the roads and drainage trees etc

nah. we're only the state capital. the nearest large town was the last in Calif to declare bankruptcy. i suspect we're next
i must say the city does one heck of a masterful job putting up christmas decorations every year, so that's something...

I love seeing them also. It was a good read and I am glad that there are enough people active here to let us in on the history.
Yeah i love the photo timeline thread as well I've been through it several times. I think the people here are a testament to the quality and durability of the REO. Only things that work and keep working could have people like this for so long. And i love the wood mods beauty and function combined! But with my lack of time to stalk the classies I'll probably not get one till he makes more.
Morning all. Happy to say that I am still using my original micro coil that I built on my RM2. Replacing the cotton wick about every other day. I am so happy with this. Now want to get one for my Grand. Saw one on the classifieds but was already sold. Very happy with the RM2! Have a great day all......................

Good Morning!
I woke up at 5 a.m. I don't need to get up and start work till 6 a.m. I sleep here and so the alarm is also my start time. Well, I had an hour to catch up on Reoville and get a head start on morning prep. I will no doubt regret it later today! My work time does not end till tomorrow around 9 a.m. I do get to go to bed and sleep tonight though. But on the clock still. I actually have been on the clock since yesterday at 3 p.m. I come to work on Monday at 2 p.m. and go home on Thursday. Get a 2 1/2 hour off time on Tuesdays.
Today around 2 p.m. I will most certainly feel like a nap. But that's not allowed!
Morning Karen - I hate that when I wake before the alarm and there is actually not enough time to fall back to sleep. Hoping your day does end up going well!
Good morning Karen...all! This is going to be an interesting week. One REO arrives today(New Grand). One arrives (back from repair Wood 18650) tomorrow. and yet another on Friday or Saturday(From Trade Grand).
Phew.
Now what to load all these with? lol.
