The fight is not over yet, of course, and the law will need to go into a new round - but if we lost today, it would have been over and done for ecigs and the judges would have been our last line of defense.

Now we need to fight the next round, against a ban of advertising, a maximum nic level of 30mg/ml and a cross border sales ban.

We'll not go away quietly. And they know it now.

do we know what mooshis real name is ???

Everything Mooshi has says "Mooshi" so I would think that is a real name for her

Has Ebay changed their policy on Ecigs?

azzaman will keep my fingers crossed for you and say a few prayers. Good luck!!

They allow Halo to sell zero nic juice, or did. As for the atomizers, just don't state they are for tobacco products. Some even say dried herbs can be put in them.

ETA: Halo is still selling zero nic juice on Ebay, even the tobacco "flavors".

Still catching up,but have to jump in and confess...
I ordered the wrong batteries. I could have sworn I ordered AW IMR's but I received MNKE flat top 18650's. I don't even see a mah on them. Are they okay to use? They sure look strange.

the orange ones? i just got some. seems to be ok. but i just got it, and i'm not into sub-ohms where i *think* the AWs have the real advantage. if i end up with arcing or other problems, i'll just use it in a Woodie, where it will be fine.

Yep, the orange ones. I popped one in, seems to have a little bit of give in the spring, so I'm going with it unless somebody says not to.

Happily vaping on the Grand I bought last month...finally!!! :D

By running the flat top battery in the Grand, you will have problems. First, the firing pin requires more travel in order to make connection to the battery. This is only an issue if you have the (optional) delrin button cover on it. Second, it will cause additional arcing on the battery and firing pin. The end result of this is that you will have to clean (and file) your firing pin more frequently, as well as needing to clean the top of your battery. The arcing will actually form an insulator deposit on both the firing pin and the battery. You will probably notice a drop off in performance of your Grand when this becomes necessary. The drop off will show up as intermittent firing that can be temporarily alleviated by twisting/turning the battery.

Flat top pannies are all I use in my Grand, but I do use the (safety, 2cent, etc) fuse in mine which has the "button top" on the firing pin. I have had no problems, no arcing, no deposits on my firing pin or battery. I do keep my pin cleaned up, and use NOALOX.

I sent Randy (RTD) an email asking to exchange them for the AW's I meant to order. He's always given top notch service, so I wouldn't expect an exchange to be a problem.
Thanks for the replies everyone!

So me and my coworker waited at the top of the underground exit ramp and saw all the players come out and even got an autograph from Jofrey Lupul :D Made my freaking day!!!

so let me get this straight... You got an autograph from a leaf?

Lol. I kid. I kid.

Congratulations.

Good one! Our leaves are playing who can stay on the tree the longest! Actually we really have not had many fall yet. Going down to 39 for us tonight. But looking forward for some days in the high 70's. My favorite time of year is fall when it is still at least 70 out.

I read that they were also going to ban packs of 10 cigarettes and menthol cigs by 2022, so not all great news if you smoke!

Nevertheless, not treating e-cigs as medicines which is what the UK wanted is a good sign and that idea was ridiculous to begin with.
Let's hope that the FDA in America will reach some not dissimilar, reasoned conclusion, based on facts rather than lobbying.

But i doubt it!

More Tru-Stone DT have been turned and available. Pinnacle Products - DiscountVapers.com

you're wearing down my resolve to never spend more than a couple bucks on a driptip...

i'm thinking one of those red ones is what i need in order to lure a reddish/orangey burl Woodvil my way :)

these two "Steampunk" DTs also look like they'd sit pretty on a brass RM2

How come I seem to get more flavor out of my liquids in a protank then my REO? Ive made different types of coils ive tried everything. I cant get that same flavor. Its like its lacking the real taste... :(
That's real odd because I find my Protank 2 less flavorful than my reomiser.
