Roger, would you believe me if I said I still order my wire from Reosmods? Probably because I'm on the fence (no pun) about which is best for me, then i'll go bulk. I wish RTD had smaller priced wire, ten bucks is a little steep as a taste tester for me.

The last thing I bought on eBay was back in '07, in the automobile section, 2003 330i Blue Sedan for about $25 large. Come to think of it, I don't think I ever left feedback for that deal. Truth is, I'm just compelled to favor buying most everything vaping related from vaping stores online.

I heard folks in San Fran and west coast can even buy their groceries through Amazon, and burger king is starting to deliver food orders in some states. Las vegas ya can order Taco bell online delivered, very forward-thinking city indeed

Roger, Do you test your coils with unflavored or your favorite all day vape? I gotta admit, after finding a great flavor, it's easier to notice the subtleties between wire res. And we haven't even dove into wicking yet. Yeah I'll try cotton too but I wanna sample it all baby, even hemp. Which I used to think was stuff only jimi hendrix fans advocated and wore. Who knew

Just ordered my first reo

Welcome Mogium! I hope you love it as much as we do. Please feel free to ask your questions here, but just because I don't want you to do some of the stupid things I did, here is a tip:

The REO's do have on/off switches. Even the Grand does, it is in the fire button. If you are happily vaping and think you have somehow managed to break your REO, most likely you have just turned the button clockwise, which is the "off" position. If it doesn't fire, do not panic! Do not cry! Check to see if it is on first. If you ordered a VV, the off switch is inside. "On" is to the left.

If I have just saved any new person from embarrassment, then my day has not been wasted.

hi vsummer i ordered a regular grand not a vv. I wanted the vv but it was not in the wallet at this time. I ordered the wrinkled black & metallic blue. I already have cartos clearos and 510 atomizers. What else should I have for my reo?

I just couldn't resist this deal. It was 100 ft for the price of a cheap beer and included free shipping.
But then its in my nature to buy things in bulk. I've purchased 500 ml of juice that were on sale that I never had tried and as it turned out--didn't like, but hey--it was a bargain price.
In this case, I am already vaping with 30 ga. Kanthal and see no reason to change unless Super X Drifter discovers another advancement in the coiling experience. Then the roll of 30 ga. Kanthal may go into the cabinet to rest along side the roll of 27 ga. Kanthal. There's just no telling at this point, RHP.

i have about 6 different types of wire now - i like to mess about a lot and i have a lot of RM2s to keep coiled and HRHs too. That bright idea came back to haunt me - "no worries dear - i'll recoil them for you..."

I received my first-ever order today from Ebay. I found a deal on VaporJoes for 100 ft. of Kanthal A-1 30 ga. for $3.74 at TankEcigs.com and just had to create an Ebay account. Order went through fluidly and the wire arrived today. Just what I needed--another place that presents me with great offers that I can't refuse.

i can't even remember the last time a week went by that i didn't order something from there.

i avoided ebay for decades because several of my more unsavory relatives tried to get me into it back in the 70's. a few have died in prison....

it's much more regulated now, although i wish they'd stop the jerks who past the same thing for say $20 + $1 shipping in one post then $1 plus $20 shipping in another.

Pat I have been there before. I didn't try that steak deal I just had a regular steak. It's decent but I wouldn't say it's anywhere near the best steak place I've been to. And on that 72oz deal it's only free if you eat it in a hour or less if not it costs a fortune!

Have you explored a lot of different ga. kanthal and ribbon cable? Or twisted How about nicchrome? I think i heard pdib say he was allergic to it, up til then I didn't think ya could get allergic to wire. Gets overwhelming (on paper) sometimes.

I remember when I started hanging around the REOlounge for a good few weeks before using my VVG for the first time. Now I face dillema of a different kind -- I have enough coin for an RM2 yet I have this urge, lure if you most call it, to buy a Mini-2.1 all because of some small mention from another thread the other day here in reoville so .. Do I get the RM2 or save up for the Mini? These are what ya call, REO problems
