Congrats on the pretty woodville Dennis. I was in the classy when it went up (before I posted) and I was kicking myself thinking you or summer didn't get it....because it occured to me AFTERWARDS that I could have pmed and put in for it to get it........

but looks like element got yer back, glad to see it went to someone who really wants it.

I guess i'm odd, I really don't want a wood mod so I rarely even look at them except to bump the ads.

You know, you have said some really crappy things to people in here. This is one more example of your doing so.

1) you insinuate that Rob himself would let a REO go that he himself didn't think was made right?
2) you can't be happy for someone else getting one, even though you chide them as "losers" for not having one?
3) your congratulations, and apologies, ALWAYS come with something in front of them which blasts your insincerity

For once I would like to see you post something positive about SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF. But at this point, no one would believe you anyway.

I hope you can take this and reread yours posts in the light in which I have shined them. Perhaps you never realized all of this? I believe people can change. I surely hope that you take this as the constructive criticism it is, and not an attack, read back through your posts and look at how others treat each other here. Then start over.
