Got my 2 puppies home and can't take pictures with my laptop cam because they are so wiggly! So maybe tomorrow my friend can bring her camera and take some for me.The puppies are adorable and sleeping right now

Not really. Very hard to understand anyone there. They all speak mandarin and very little english. I will be moving soon anyway.

They aren't Californians. They are all the transplants moving here. I am a 6th generation Californian on one side, 3rd on the other. The jerks ruining this fine state are all the ones who moved here in the last generation. They have inundated us with so much crap our taxes have skyrocketed to the point we had to sell the family farm in our family 4 generations just to pay the taxes due when my father passed. DH is a transplant, and constantly complains about "Californians" and I have to constantly remind him that the people he are referring to are his own kind, asshats from other places, not MY kind who settled here a long time ago and still remember it being a nice place. He will never be a Californian, his pedigree doesn't support it nor does his driving rage which is definitely NOT the way it was when I grew up and comes from asshats like him coming here with their nasty habits
I hope everyone is staying safe out there where it is breaking-records cold. I just saw on the news a lot of stranded people at airports, cities virtually closed down, and I just worry about all the shut-ins who rely on others who see to their welfare not being able to get to them. I am sure Karen understands this well!

my beloved sister resides in Cal....she's not an ......, her " pedigree" is top of the line and she doesn't have nasty habits...her husband has always lived in cal. and I call him " my hero" as he treats my sis like a queen.
I'm Texas born & you are alright in my book. But then again I have a tendency to find and like the asshats of the world!

i like your checkered hat. i usually wear one sumpin like that in shape when i go out. mebbe one day i'll post a pic. one of my daughters asked me to stop trimming my beard (she's a bigtime Duck Dynasty fan.) i'm pretty nasty-looking now, but i wanna wait until i reach epic proportions before i risk a camera...

There IS a learning curve cuz they're so different from the tube mods but once I finally stopped fighting it and listened to lisa and karen and did what they told me instead of trying to do it my way I've been in Reo heaven.If they hadn't been so patient and helpful I'd probably still be using those awful tube mods.8-o

Good afternoon/evening Reoville! It's a balmy -3 here. The wind has died down a little do the windchill is up to -21 ;p I've only had time to lurk lately it seems. The sadists at the PT place have been doubling down on the "does this hurt?" game. It really does seem to be helping my strength and flexibility though, allowing me to do The Evil One's bidding

I was awarded 'employee of the month' again yesterday and got $100, which HRH promptly swiped to buy a coffee table with. I have no idea why i won; perhaps i was spectacularly rude to a few office staff!
Today was the coldest start to a day here i can remember - 21f which is colder than a mother-in-law's kiss. I have been wearing full thermals like my grandad wore and i have to say - those old farts knew how to keep warm. Naturally i'd prefer to just cover myself in poodles or new puppies, but i have to work with what i have.
