I just received a package that was delivered to work on Thursday... (worked from home thurs and friday)

They can be, but at a price and only by scouring the internet on various forums. I found one used once but the price was just too far out of my range (what I was reasonably willing to spend) that I had to pass.... Never again lol.

I would normally do this, and have for things like firearms. but to be honest i feel in this particular industry it's kind of a dumb move (no offense intended to others)
Its just that once i find and over pay for this device there is a good chance 10 new devices will be on the market. This market is HUGE and vendors and manufacturers are just beginning to figure it out. In a short time there will be no shortage of high quality devices that will all have to compete with the low prices of China. I believe it can and will be done...as they say were there is a demand....
think of what is going on right now with DNA30 devices. Vendors like ZEN are producing 1000 units that are selling around 300 bucks each. They really thought 1000 units would satisfy the market until they could produce more. Talk about not being able to gauge the marketplace. They sold those things out in mere minutes (I have no interest in one as I am already looking at a second Reo) but it is interesting to see.
I know China will clone that chip, maybe even improve it, and they will produce thousands a DAY! The market is begging for quality mass production at reasonable prices and some one will get rich providing it. I am seriously considering putting my money where my keyboard is and getting into the business. ...
whoops...rant over...I get excited about markets!
honestly if i had the machinery i would consider doing the same... although i have been thinking about making a few drip tips so i can have the ones i want.... LOL
