thanks Lisa, I'm not in the industry but I imagine money is the culprit. Money for production, keeping the actors happy, contract disputes, and what-not. I think there was almost a 2 year gap between one of the seasons of the Sopranos, so I feel where you're coming from.

If you can tolerate it, and really like the show, do what I did with Lost and completely blacklist it until the series is complete, then snag it off the 'net or dvd (legally of course) so you watch the whole sha-bang in one go without commercials 'n delays

I guess sometimes I think that if they lose the attention of their audience, then the money involved won't matter much. By this time next year there will be 10 more shows that will have my attention and I'll not have to think too hard about what I'm going to watch....unless of course, I stick to my binge watching guns....at which point, their advertisers lose because I'm watching it on Netflix without the commercials.

Lisa, you live in a land of incredible outdoor recreation opportunity, why the hell do you care what's on TV?:)

 Hi Roger  Not much outdoor recreation I'm interested in at night, my friend. Not these days anyway. I don't watch TV during the day unless I'm sick.

All quiet on western front. Still don't know what went down. Will store garbage in garage till next week and recycle outside. Have a restful night, those who are there.

Hugs, Feisty Alice

Hi Lisa, Sorry, I'm kind of like Dorry on "Finding Nemo", I see shiny colors and I just get drawn away.
How the hell are you? Good to see you again. I know you've been extremely busy but nice to see you here again.:)

hey nutz where did you get that ribbon wire from can you link me up ?
oh and what gauge is that wire you sent ?

Fleabay Kanthal D Ribbon Resistance Heating Flat Wire 0 6 0 1mm 024 004" | eBay
Russ's link a better deal so I would go for that one. I will be trying .7mm soon as it will take advantage of the wide RM2 posts better (I think) :)

the ribbon wire is to big to fit in the RM2 holes

LOL, Scoot thats the same wire I use all the time and it fits nicely...lots of room. I think the problem you having is that as the wire goes through the post hole the screw to lock the wire needs to be opened almost all the way. When you tighten the screw you'll see that it goes back down quite a ways. This is especially true if the wire leg is vertical as it enters the hole....horizontally you have a better chance of getting it in but yeah, I open mine up almost all the way so no matter what position its in its good to go. :)

Oooh!!! Hahaha...found my way back again. I was distracted too. It's great to see you here too. And I'm totally impressed with your reference to Dorry.:thumbs:

I'm doing okay....been getting some good rest and gearing up for the next round coming up next week. Ordered my new phone today and should have it in a couple of days. Really need to get through the "newness" of it before I hit our next cycle. Weather has been comfy, but I'm really missing time outside. Been working so much I'm starting to feel like a recluse. With the longer days, I'm looking to start putting a time limit on my desk time so I can get some much needed sun, fresh air, and hopefully some much needed exercise. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up with you soon.

Hi Scott :)
