If Scott decides to take a break from ECF I think some of us will experience Post Acute Sterno Withdrawl Syndrome. Some of the Reo Ladies are very dependent on us. I feel like I've been adopted by the reo mommies out there, beginning with Lisa

Then wouldn't they be able to claim YOU on THEIR tax returns, not the other way around?

And I agree, PASWS would be terrible!

Glad yer okay Scoot, would been a pita if your new shoes got lost J/K :). Twisters, earthquakes and tsunamis when huge, really freak me out big time. Hopefully all the okies are safe :nun::nun::nun:

Attention shoppers!

Found a great place to pick up some of the foods that I can eat! Thanks to Norman! He once gave a link to Acai' berry juice that I have bought a couple of times. Then searching the site I found the gold mine so to speak. Wonderful prices! Vitacost

Here is what I bought!

All Bob's Red Mill products:

Coconut Flakes 12oz
Coconut Shreeded 12oz
Date Crumbles 20oz
Quinoa Flour 22oz
Quinoa 26z

All for $33 including shipping!

Thank you so much Norman for your link!
Thank you Lisa for turning me on to Quinoa!

Going to have some great snack mix tonight!

Since I'm sort of a health nut and pricing in Hawaii was so high where most everything I wanted was literally breaking my bank, I found Vitacost one day and never looked back. Amazing amount of products from most major brands as well as their pretty good in house products at some of the best pricing I've seen. Although Costco's pricing for quinoa is a better buy if its available in your area Karen. For you mainlanders their $4.99 flat rate shipping ($9.99 for me) is a big plus. Once I ordered like 40lbs of stuff and shipping never changed a bit :). If you join ebates.com they usually gift you 5% (6% right now) too so shipping $ is less of an issue.

Not too much really! It is just tough for me to stay gluten and wheat free! Here I am almost 60 and have done a total turn on the way I eat.

Finding things like the Quinoa has been a godsend. I was a true fan of my homemade bread. That was tough to give up. Loved pasta too.

Now I eat lots of veggies, meat, nuts, and some fruit. Dairy is limited because of lactose problems. I gave up white potatoes and only eat sweet potatoes on occasion.

Lots of my food is eaten without much time cooking. I usually make enough at one time to last me a few days.

I encourage all to switch to eating sweet potatoes, its a game changer to eating healthy and helping to keep weight off. If you don't know about how good it is look here WHFoods: Sweet potatoes

I have finally figured out coils, here is what I've learned in a nutshell folks. F x = m ( ( V - v ) / t ) ( ½ ( V + v ) t. Here v is the kinetic energy by this way: The the square of mass m, will product of the kinetic energy by this way: The the work done by then K = ½ m v². We may then K = ½ m v². We may the kinetic energy of the x-axis to be in the mass of a body. If we represent kinetic energy of the x-axis to be in this way: The work done by the above equation of F and x = m a x = m ( ( V + v ) ) t = ½ m v². We may the change in the square of mass of a body.

Best vape, ever!

Pat, I think you've been glancing over your girlfriend's math books too much. If you are, is she trying to be some sorta rocket scientist?

Scott so glad to see your post when I turned on my computer this morning. I was so worried about all my OK friends on here.
Had the news and weather channel on late into the evening watching reports. I don't think I could live there. Even if a tornado
did not kill me panic would. I am such a whimp when severe storms are predicted.
Hope everyone else checks in soon. Although from the reports many are without power.
Scott keep us posted in you hear from anyone else to let us know that they are ok?
So glad it missed ya!

It's actually a Marthe Troly-Curtin quote, but I've seen the footage of Lennon saying it. For any other ECF junkies, it's one to remember:).

Good to hear you're safe and sound, Scott. All those in Oklahoma will stay in my heart today. Count your blessings and enjoy your Saturdays, all!

Question for all the married folks out there, who gets to decide which side of the bed to sleep on? And once picked, is it set in stone or is roation allowed?

RHP

Mornin REOville! Glad to see Scott is OK, we didn't have tornadoes this past week, but when the weather gets bad, lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, all 5 of my cats run for cover under the bed, and Chech give me a look like "you won't fit, but a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do". Supposed to be less humid and a high of 74 today, so I'm happy about that.
Yesterday in the mail, I received an RM2 from an amazing member of our REO family. I won't say who it was unless they say it is OK, but I am a very happy girl today, and wanted to thank them publicly for their generosity. It was going to be a while before I could get one, I spent more than I had planned on the floors and work around the house, and needed to do some saving before I could splurge, so Thank You my Friend, may the good things you do come back to you tenfold!
Yesterday my ex called and asked if I wanted to have dinner tonight, I said that sounded good, so he said he would pick up some steaks and asked if I had propane for the grill. I said I have, but not sure how much, but I also have an empty that I need to trade for a full tank. He was all "Mr Happy" and said, he would take care of it!!!????!!! Then, last evening, he called again, and said don't worry about a side, he would get a couple of twice baked potatoes to go with. I'm wondering if something is up. Usually he is all very low emotion, pleasant, but not "Mr Happy". I know he has been talking to the VA about some stuff having to do with his service in Viet Nam, and was supposed to get a bunch of tests having to do with Agent Orange. Hoping he got some good news from them.
AND, 3 husbands, I'm always on the right, just sayin:2cool:
