Good morning, REOvil!

Howdy, Bill, always good to see you. How's that pup?

Decided to shut down and read a book yesterday. Randomly choose Dark Horse by J.R. Rain. Around fifteen pages in, a character is introduced as God, in bum's clothing, named Jack. I had a strange feeling that Jack just met my Grandpa and they were getting a great laugh.

Mornin REOville! The weather has been pretty rainy and cooler than normal here, but summer heat is starting here in KC. I'll probably need to turn the AC on in the next few days for it's 3-4 month run. It's been nice with super low gas and electric bills for the past 2 months. Jen, I just finished listening to "The Son" by Philipp Meyer, and I enjoyed it so much that I am going to listen again. It covers a man, one of his sons and one of his grandaughters in Texas, starting in the 1800s thru current times. If you like Larry McMurtry you would probably like this book. McMurtry is one of my favorite authors.
Built 3 coils yesterday and I'm getting closer to my preferred 1.7 -2.0, can't believe how much easier it is to get a good vape from the RM2 than it was with the A7minis I have. I did make a screw up tho, I ordered Kanthal and was so happy to see it arrive in the mail yesterday, only to realize I ordered 32 instead of the 28 I wanted. Will order some 28 today, the 32 is just too fine for me. I looked and looked for my lacemaking tools yesterday. I have a tiny latch hook used for sewings in bobbin lace that would be perfect for pulling wick thru coils but haven't found my tools yet, so I ordered one from Etsy. Should be here this week. I have some fine crochet hooks that will do until the latch hook gets here, much easier than using a rigged Lazy Kate.
Hope all have a good Sunday!

a 3/4 wrap of 32g gives me about 1.8 Ohms. I have decided just to stick to (lol) simple coils - wrap them on a wick and voila, rather than all the frustration of threading things thru coils. Besides HRH gets onto me about my swearing when i try that.

I have a really bright LED lamp on my desk i use as well as a magnifying headset to see what i'm doing. I thought the headset was really cool and made me look like Robotrunker but HRH said i just look like an ...!

Hello Reo family

I just got a pm from Nothernshrink( Kris) asking me about starting a Paypal fund to be put in Rob's account to help him defray the cost of going to Jack's military service on the 22nd of June. I think it's a beautiful idea to have his daughter, grandkids , other relatives and his many friends to know that he also touched the lives of all of us
I just pm'd Rob to see if that's acceptable to him.

If you haven't ordered 28 gauge already, I have a ton of it here. Would be happy to send you about 10 or 15 feet so you don't need to make a special order. Just PM me your address and I will have it in the mail tomorrow morning.

Good morning everyone, the sun is shining here and the day looks beautifull, but my back is killing me, so I won't get to enjoy much of it. Somehow, Chica got a squeaky toy in to here kennel last night, so I was awakened at 6am to a squeaking skunk lol. Hope everyone enjoys there day today. I am glad to see some happiness has come to those of you with some heavy hearts.

That is so kind of you to offer, I have enough for 2, maybe 3 coils, so I'm fine till the 28 gets here. Need any 32? or anyone else need some? I have a spool of almost 100 ft (I used it to make a couple coils, just don't like it). Would love to send this to someone.

I have a huge spool of 32 too, I prefer 30 now, so the 32 is used on the boyfriend's Genny. He almost stole my Reo yesterday! but when I told him that is was unregulated, and he had to check his resistance and batteries on another PV he decided he would just stick with his denali, and my provari lol
