Still up basking in wood glory. I think I am one of the ones that would be content with my VV wood. I don't like the feel of the grand. Just too big and square. VV or just metal 18490.... And my mini Nickle...that's my kind of metal.

Tonight's sale took a big chunk of the demand out of the equation. Sure, some of tonight's buyers will be in the running for a VV Grand, but many more will be content to rock the VV Woodvil and not be shopping for a VV Grand. Think positive!
You are right. I for one will not be in the hunt for a vv grand. I would end up on the couch for a longtime....now the flipside of that is my friends nick n Gordon missed out on the woodvil vv n they are not gonna miss the.grand. they even looked at priceline for tickets to.Maine.
I couldn't agree more. When I got my grand the only thing that got it out of my hand was my wood REO n my woodvil.I was lucky enough to get my first choice of vv woodvil. Had more trouble getting my friend his standard. Ended up having Wayne n Lisa get it from the site n I paypal'd them. That's what the REO family is about. Other threads may claim community but the reonauts and the gg family are the real deal.
Rob has worked hard for years....years to constantly bring the best pv's to his.customers. when other people bring their pv's to market they may "sell out" but its a much smaller scale. Or sell 100 mods then make you wait while they build them. That's why rob and Imeo are in a class by themselves.you pay, they ship. No excuses. None.

I hope everyone slept well.
I want to thank Jen (Della Cirque) for offering me one of her VV Woodvils- that was very sweet of her and beyond kind!!! I have turned her down- and want her to keep what she got- They are beautiful and I can already see the love they have for her and vice versa!
I was not originally planning on getting a vv woodvil- let those who don't have any REO's or who really want one get them and I stayed off the site, but when things slowed down, I went in to see what pickins were left over....that's when I started to covet them and started wanting....especially the lacewood and thought I could snag one anyways...but no matter how hard I tried, nothing would go in my cart (later found it was a browser issue and not the site)... long story short, the ones I tried to get have started showing up her in Reovil, and they are all seem to be owned by folks who this was their first buy!!! So, it was meant to be that I didn't get one. I'm so happy that we have new Reonauts and they are starting off with such awesome Reos!!! I am just tickled to death that everyone who needed one or really wanted one got what they wanted!!
The VV Grand is what I really want and if I really like the way it works, I can get a VV Woodvil later- Rob said he will shuck some more after he gets through w/ the new Metals!!!!
