Ahh I hadn't seen that article, but theres also the debate as to what batteies were in use, theres speculation that he might have bought regular non rechargable llitiums and put them on the charger, the original account of the incident by a friend of the individual claims the batteries were tenergy lifepos stacked, but he has been unable to talk to the victim about it yet
