No. Cal.
Bad news: I either really bombed the written for that job interview or they didn't want someone who's been out of practice this long.
Good news: I got a call about a position at one of the places I use to work. Interviewed, and so far they're willing to bring me back and work with me. I'm excited and terrified at the same time. Gonna spend some $$$ (like...a lot of money - almost $500) and take an online refresher class to make sure I'm back up to speed. Nerves are winning out over excitement tonight. Luckily, I've got about a month before I would start to brush up. [emoji53][emoji32]

Been wondering. Here's what I've been thinking: "Paramaniac is up to this challenge." You got what it takes and having a bit of nerves keeps us fresh (although uncomfortable).

And Ed, Im sorry you had to deal with the loss of your father. The P-67's Rock in my book. I like the feel of mine in my hand. Round edges makes it seem like it is a tad smaller. In many ways, it's like my 18490 Woodville in terms of button location, rounded edges and hits like a steam machine. Keep an eye on the site. You may even want to go to the Reos archives and find the L O N G thread....

Thanks everyone for the input on the P67. I'll keep an eye out for one. Already been looking in the classifieds, and will keep looking. Really like the design of it.

Rob shouldn't have any problems with the Reo Grand passing the FDA. The collapsing spring is a great safety feature he committed to since day one. I really hope people fight this FDA thing. It's a shame people spent many years creating, engineering, and discovering ways of making vaping even possible, and now, the FDA comes along wanting to claim the land. Just isn't right! It's all about the Government wanting to monopolize the money it creates.

Ed, I see there is that "Notify Me" option on all the out of stock P67's on the sight so... you might want to punch that up for all of 'em and see what happens! I know it does work on the sight: After I placed my last order and received it, I got a back in stock e-mail... for a GITD plastic button cover. Oh well - at least I know the notifications are working.

It's interesting that the first lawsuit cited a constitutional argument (that not allowing vendors to tell customers that vaping was safer than smoking was a violation of free speech) and this one is arguing that ignoring any science is damaging to business.

I'd say the FDA will need to hire some more staff/lawyers soon.

T

Free speech, constitution, science - these three concepts are anathema to our over-reaching government.

kewl!! Sorry bout the other one, but whenever that happened, I always trusted that it just wasn't the job I was supposed to have, and there was a better one waiting for me.

You mean the 1.0 mini? (And I knows ya does. And I know that means I'm probably not getting "a certain one" but thass ok - I can take it. ) That would be AW 14500 size.

Anyone on the fence about the P67, all I can say is; get one if you can. They are truly awesome. The ultimate in REO gear. I've been using both of mine daily, ever since getting them. I like them as well as my Woodvils, which I never would have believed; because I love my Woodvils.

I missed Della :( I really miss her and :wub::wub: her.

Wow - I didn't realize how long it was since she last dropped in. I thought she had been in here but - no. Last activity was the end of December 2015.

Left her a message on her profile page with this thread link so she can find us and find out what all has happened.
