Good Morning Reonauts. Thought I would be driving by now. But some other driver dropped an empty trailer with a slack tire. And Shipping loaded it. Now I sit, waiting, until 6:30 for our "mechanic" to show up for work. Just another day in transportation.

Bracing for maybe a foot of wet heavy snow tonight. Yuck. Poor robins are back and will be going hungry for a while.

My laptop died last night and I'm pecking away on this Kindle Fire tablet which is ok. I sure need my reading glasses to see this thing though.

1 lousy Passionfruit. At least it fruited this year

I'm no gardener at all, I've got a purple thumb.....but.....is that something that needs to be pruned back to make more fruit, or maybe have blossoms picked off one year to bear the next? Just things I've heard gardeners say.

The hangouts really didn't last that long. Just a lot of folks quit coming to the lounge. Hope you have a bush full next year hun

I'm still planning on going to Lorenzo's for a steak. Our 36th anniversary is this weekend so we might venture over to Onaway. I'll tell em Kay sent me.

That's the second one, that I know of, that's gone up on the classies. I'm a bit surprised. But I'm sure it will find a good home.

So, I finally called the main no. for the rental car business....the long n short of it is that the next one will be half cost!!!!!

And, instead of going to the closest location to get it, someone will pick me up at my home and take me to the next nearest one

Right now i feel SO impowered.....

Hi Classy!!!!

A while ago I made some guacamole and deep-fried some corn tortillas for the dippers, then I took the refried beans from the to-go box, put them in a dble. boiler to warm up gently, adding some spices. Then I emptied the corn tortillas, separated the meat, warmed it up with some spices, threw away the tortillas, made a couple of fresh ones for the tacos and

Yowzer, I finally had a good Mexican meal with good guacamole

So I'm happy again!

Ummm....unless things have changed quite a bit since I left the west coast,,,,,corn tortillas for tacos were soft fried, I'm not sure anyone out here knows how to do that properly....

Lol.... I talked to my sis in Onaway yesterday.... they're buried! Lorenzos probably wouldn't have been open cuz of the heavy snow anyway! So, good plan! Enjoy your steak!!
