Hi All
girl_bye2.gif

Scott! Thank you for this thread. I haven't logged on to ECF in ages and logged on yesterday to find a new ECF look, lots of changes, and a closed REOsMODs forum...

Have you seen the show "The Leftovers", I felt like a REO Forum leftover! But not anymore thanks @Sterno, @Debadoo, and @PapawBrett

Great to see you Delialah! It's great to see Reo folks find their way here again! Doubt you would remember me but I started lurking in the Reo Forum pretty early in my vaping career. I was struck with the genuine kindness and knowledge that was so readily shared.

Wow, 5 years! Congrats to you and Op! Amazing what technology, coupled with kindness can do

@Debadoo - I read your post late last night and was up til the wee hours reading the P67 Prototype thread!

They look amazing!

One of the reasons I fell in love with REOs was its elegant simplicity. Coming from the fidgeting with with starter kits that you had to drip into for every vape, I saw that the REO eliminated all the fuss and just allowed you to enjoy tasty vapor - and I can easily say the REO is the mod that helped me stay quit! But if the P67 is designed for use with RBAs, it's not for me! :(

Nowadays its coil this cotton or khantal or stainless steel or titanium wires, sub-ohm that, temperature controls and what WATT!, and rebuildable atomizers that look like NASA space projects! I absolutely refused to get on the whole COIL fidgeting craze a couple of years ago! If I have to fidget with overly complicated atomizers, I'm out!

This reminds me of a skit I heard on Last Comic Standing, where the comedian suggests that self checkout lines are devious because in a sneaky way the supermarket get you to work for them, all you need is the apron! That's how I feel about the whole new breed of atomizers with all those coils!

What do you use on your reo? You can use anything on the p67 that you use on any other reo as far as I know. But it doesn't have a catch cup if you're using a cartomizer or 510 drip atty and are used to the catch cup. lol I remember that skit about the grocery stores, and basically said the same thing when I saw em. If I'm doin it all they need to put me on the payroll. But I do build my coils for my attys

Hi @oplholik, :) Cartos

Hi Debadoo :) Yeah, I use cartos and squeeze juice into the catch cup when I use my REOs. I love the form factor Debadoo and am definitely thinking about it, even though I wouldn't give it the use it was intended for - it is awesome! Wish I had a hubby who vaped and set up coils for me

hehehe love the Rob superman!! You should email that to him!

With a coil master v3 and an Rm2, honestly coils couldn't be easier. right now of course, he is out of the p67's and dunno when he'll do more, but it's likely gonna be awhile.

But with the coil master, you put the wire through a hole, and turn a knob. that's it......perfect coil. Take it out......stick the wires through the holes in the post on the rm2......tighten the screws. Make sure your coil is where the airflow hole is.....Done.

Cut a strip of cotton..... twist the end, put it through the coil.....trim the ends....done. Put the cap on squonk and vape. It really is that simple with an Rm2 and for mtl vapors I've never heard anything but wonderful reviews about the vape on it.

@Debadoo, how often do you have to change coils?
not very often.......just pull out the wick, dryburn, put a new wick in. Vape on. You can use a coil for months. If you decide ya wanna, we could even do a google hangout and I can build one with ya. You can see what is happening and if you have a camera I can see what you're doing. We can talk like we're on the phone in the google hangout
