lemme guess.....the p67 beat you at golf, so took you out and got your drunk to make up for it! hehehe.

No, cocktails last night and golf today. Missed a 4 footer for eagle today but the P67 preformed flawlessly!

Aftenoon Reonauts, the positive trigger on my 2014 Grand fused itself to the push button and now both must be replaced. What I'm not sure about is how to do this on an older model as the available video example uses the newer model in it.

Does anyone know if it's the same procedure used in the new video? Failing that does anyone have Rob's phone number since I lost his card? I refuse to use Windows Live Mail at his site as it's just to much of a hassle looking up IP address, code, ssn and posting a surety bond, etc.

I would sure appreciate it as I miss using my REO. Nothing else comes close.
Here's Rob's email and phone number:

yay! Glad you'll get the three day weekend. Wow.....that's impressive he could get in a mini cooper.

I'm sure the constant defrost cycles would be ok as far as the nic is concerned, but unless you just want a frost free for other stuff, it would also be ok to keep in a regular freezer. Unless yours is huge, doesn't take too long to defrost and your nic would be fine during that also in a cooler with some ice packs. It doesn't ever freeze, it will just get very thick.
Hey Deb, thanks for the confidence in my freezer. Trying to figure out what to keep the bottles in so they don't get ice on them and stay level in there. Any ideas? Have a great holiday weekend everyone.

Is that really important? Just wondering....

Not to me, Roger. As long as they're cold and sealed, I'm good. I actually store mine in the bottles they come in. Some are amber glass, some are amber plastic, and some are clear plastic. So far (6 years of buying bulk nic and storing it) it's all good when I break it out.

Sorry that happened, but I know if you can't fix it, Rob can!

Have fun Deb!! :) Do you crochet or do needlework??
That would pass the time too.
Newp. I do a lot of crafts, but all my stuff is in storage at the moment. But it'll be ok. I do a lot of scrapbooking, card making, used to teach classes, and will again when I get my stuff outta storage. Also do Native American beadwork. But all that would be too much to take even if I had it right now.

Happy Canada day everyone. All you Americans hold your horses you will get your day in a few.
Happy Canada Day hun!!

Thank you and !

I love some of her tobacco flavors so it really was a win.

Never understand why her contests don't get more traction. Dawn gives away a lot of stuff, and good stuff, in those contests.
congrats Rick!! I may have missed it, but didn't see this one posted in the contest thread. That might be one reason. Sometimes they are, but I didn't see this one. She's a wonderful person and I love her contests when I see em.

(4) 120ml bottles fit great in a small flat rate USPS box, stackable and free.
oh kewl........didn't know that. Moonbear.......I'm with Bush, doesn't really matter if they stay upright or get some frost. I usually wrap mine up good in bubble wrap, some folks stick em in old socks. You can also wrap some tin foil around em before the bubble wrap and even when the door gets opened, not light gets to em. I do this mostly so they don't break.

Hey gang.........the film A Billion Lives is gonna have it's American Debut on Aug 6th in Milwaukee!!! Now we just gotta hope it gets enough attention to get in theaters around the country so we can all see it. If you're in that area, tickets go on sale July 6 I think! Red Carpet and huge after party!

I am sooooooooooo excited about this premiere!!
Sooooooooo wish I could go. Now we need to get in contact with all political folks in and around Milwaukee and ask them to attend! Hey they get free tickets and a red carpet!!

Let's hope it will premiere nationwide very soon!!!

My older stock is in 250 ml bottles because that's what my brother ordered. My newer stock is in 125 ml bottles because there was a good deal on a case of them.

Either one is fine with me. 60 ml might be good for me since that means one bottle would make about 500 ml of juice. But, I got what I got. Done.

Where did you order the glass bottles from? Thank you!

if you have amazon prime, that's a decent place to get em. Also bottle factory outlet has fairly cheap shipping, and really cheap bottles. With shipping, might be less than amazon, but you'd have to check

I know I am sounding OCD about freezing the bottles, but I've had two separate serious cuts to my right hand. One required 4 hr microsurgery to try and reconnect a nerve. The other just needed a bunch of stitches but it was deep between my thumb and first finger. I read on a canning forum that sometimes even cooled glass can freeze so hard that bottles break trying to get them loose. That is what I want to avoid. No more breaking glass if I can help it! Think I'll try the USPS boxes, foil, bubble wrap and the socs. Those are all good ideas. Anything to contain the glass if does burst trying to get them out of the freezer.

I ordered the 2 oz pack of 36 from Premium Vials on Amazon because they included the caps and shipping. There are better prices I'm sure but I do like the Borosilicate glass and these polycone caps don't let fluid under the cones. 2 Oz (60 ml) AMBER Boston Round Glass Bottle w/ Cap - Pack of 36: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

The two cases of 16 oz amber glass bottles I ordered from the Glass Bottle Outlet. Their black polycone caps let in liquids during my cleaning process so I removed the plastic cones, broke several caps doing that and started over cleaning them. Their shipping and packing was good but I'm not impressed with the caps. Polycone is supposed to seal on top of the cone and seal across the diameter of the cap. These appear to fail at both places. Glass Bottle Outlet

Have a nice holiday weekend!!!

Do I really need to move the nic into glass bottles instead of just leaving it in the plastic? Does the plastic degrade with time?

Also, my fridge is small. Could I, alternatively, just store in bottles in a cool, dark place such as a basement?

Personally, I don't think this is OCD at all. Not given your experience with serious cuts.

Besides, broken bottle of nic are not going to be of any use, and potentially dangerous to clean up, and not just because of the possible cut that could ensue.
Just my 2 cents.

I think your plan sounds like a good one. :)

Thank you!

Truthfully yes, I would move the nic into glass.
Here's the post that Kurt (a 30+ year chemist) posted when the deeming regs came out.
It's a little long, but he explains the "whys" behind some things that are recommended, I found it extremely helpful.

Long Term Nic Storage

I'm certainly not trying to ruffle any feathers if there are those who don't want to change out to glass, I understand, it's more expense, and yet another chore to add to the seemingly unending list.
So please, do what you're comfortable with. :)

I already had some on hand from Wizard Labs, I'd purchased right before the deeming regs came out. Their's comes in plastic, and I transferred to the amber glass bottles.

When the deeming regs came out, I bought some of this.
I went with the 50mg because I didn't want to handle anything higher. That's simply personal preference for me.
Yes, it's more expensive, but I paid for the convenience of it being already packaged for long term storage.
I had a little wiggle room in my doomsday budget, so I went ahead and got it.
But no reason that other nic in dark bottles won't be just as good.
I just really, really, didn't want to fiddle with putting it in bottles...since I just already had with my WL order.:facepalm:
