Oh, I can answer that. Sloth loves his CC's.
It's just that he's swapping at 2-for-1, which reduces his capital investment in mods - probably to buy more recording gear or another bass.
:D:D

I had to go back a few pages to find your posts, I am just wondering what issues, if any did you have with the CC mod's? I don't have one and I was always interested in them. Then I just read in another thread, that it only takes about 3 weeks to get one after you order. I thought it was a long waiting list to get one. :?:

No issues, they are wonderful, amazing mods. The waiting list used to be long but he upgraded machinery and got a friend to help out etc.

CC mods hit much harder than reos do. The one i have is made of 316SS so is extremely durable. Contacts are solid silver. Easiest mod ever to take apart, etc.

So why is my intent to get rid of it? Not because of any flaws. Just that i dont need the hardest hitting mod, and i think when it boils down to it, reos are just as durable. Maybe not technically, but for all intents and purposes. And the price difference...is substantial.

By switching from CCs to P67s, i entirely fund the p67s and stash some money back for another bass in the future  music is my number one hobby.

The final piece of it is i prefer a side fire button and the fact theres no direct contact to the battery when i push the button. After speaking with rob today i think the p67 will be my favorite mod ever. I will miss the SSCC though. It is a special vape. And for those into high end mods, i recommend them.

I just want a good vape that will last forever and the p67 fits that bill just fine...then, i want another bass :thumb:

Okay cool! my bank account just took a massive hit today, not just from the p67. I ordered a bunch of stuff. When my account recovers I will look into the CC, I think first one I want is a brass one. :)

Okay now I think a TI would be awesome, but that would have to be my 2nd one, brass is always first for me. :)

Yes those are both 0-16's.
The rings on the bottom, and the ultem cap - that's "aftermarket"...
It's an awesome atty, near comparable to a Nuppin.
Not a ton of room or airflow - but just enough for me.
yeah, I like the rings...found the atty available(but out of stock) at Origen BF Dripper (after looking backwards in the thread). I really like the look of it with the ring.

Between HRH and i, we have them all and likely some you never heard of and never will. HRH uses a brass CC as an ADV.

i use what i like and this last week it has been my old black Reo Grand. It's been highly wreckedmodified, but it's as good a vape as ever and still fits the bill as a take it to work beater mod.
My others stay at home.

Now i look at any new mods with a more critical eye because they are a luxury that i don't necessarily need - i have a shelf with well over 20 devices on it and HRH has a similar collection. But the P67 is tempting... if it had ... ;)

They had them at Vapinart, not currently. They've popped up on the Classies occasionally - you could even post a "wanted"...

Congratulations all who got their 1st, 2nd or 3rd P-67's and to Rob and crew for selling out so quickly. This sale reminded me of the ones in days gone by where time is of the essence! It was fun to see that buzz happening here again. Long live Reo!

@kas122461, I read a few pages back about wanting to ask POM to change your signature. A few years back he kindly made mine and about a year ago, I sent him a message for a minor change on it. I didn't hear back for a while but then he popped in and changed it for me. (Not exactly sure of the timing but thought I would mention it to you). Congrats on your perseverance. You won't be sorry IMHO and proud owner of a black with purple SL door 67!

Looking forward to photos

And - right this minute, actually - I'd guess that 6th Street Austin would be a solid candidate for highest concentration of "drunken revelers in the street,' possibly world-wide.
It really is quite something...

It's always been like that, but thr tourists make it worse. They leave their manners & morals at home.
