That ring would kill my OCD!!! Much too big for my liking. Would probably look better if it were say 20mm OD...
The beauty ring is triggering your OCD mostly because he's got the accented door color! Unless that IS a bigger ring - I'm not sure. I got mine before they had rings on china sites - I think it came from Captivape...?

If the door matches then it doesn't stand out like that...It DOES keep you from schnicking your door UP -
:D

Yours do look a little different, and possibly just a tad smaller in diameter.

Gotcha. I don't need a ring anyway, but yeah - 20mm would be good, for use on a Reo especially...I like to schnick my door up and see the juice bubble.

The one he got from FT is 24mm OD as opposed to yours at 22mm. I still think even yours is too large of OD for me. It would look much better in 18-20mm, imo...

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 'Bout to light the fire and sit watching the snow fall outside....
You planned well Sloth!

We were headed to Woodstock, Vt to have dinner with my in laws, but turned around because of the wet snow. With 35-40 mph traffic we would have been late for lunch, & the return drive over Middlebury Gap vs. a leisurely Adirondack evening was an easy decision. ;)

Enjoy your American Holiday everyone, wherever you are.

Howdy, everyone. Hope all of you had an enjoyable day yesterday. It was a quiet day for me. We're doing our feasting tomorrow. But I got outside with a homemade water leak detector and found my water leak! Of course, I just covered it up until today where I can run to the store for parts. Digging day today, and intend to get this under control. On another note, I made my FT order for one of their O-16's. Have to try it out after all the glowing reviews here. I'll get it next month sometime.

This outrageous claim requires proof. You even admitted you covered up the evidence.
Yup, homemade leak detector. A length of 2" pvc with a styrofoam cup taped to it upside down and a stethoscope taped to the cup.

Glad you found your leak.
I've been enjoying my 0-16, and I will be ordering two more today. I think the flavor is on par with the Chalice.
I'm glad, too. My water consumption increased to a steady 8-900 gallons a day! I can't do that forever. Hopefully, when I get it fixed, it'll drop to the normal couple hundred.
I'm going to get the one O-16 to see how I like it. If I love it, I'll get more of them.

I want to get one to use as a non bottom feeder for juice testing, but I noticed that the center pins screw in and they don't have any screw driver slots, or any way to use a hex wrench. Haven't figured out yet just how you are supposed to remove and replace the center pin. @Rayonati Sloth how is this on your auth.

Similar...not sure how it is done.

I'll have you know that I really sacrificed to check that for you. Took the atty of the mod for 5 seconds, which is 5 seconds of chain vaping time on the O-16. Painful but I love you.
