he's a normal guy doing reviews....

Thus making him a reviewer? I really think he is more of an advertiser than a reviewer actually, so okay. He educates new vapers and I appreciate that, this is just my opinion. I really don't want to derail the thread from being about the mod. Yes, I brought it up so that is my fault. I apologize. Us arguing isn't going to change either of our opinions - a detail like the name makes a difference to me for someone who is spending this much time and getting things for free...maybe I'd be okay with a slight mispronunciation but "relux" Really? Most people probably don't give two craps, I do. Agree to disagree?

Another dna200 to keep an eye on lol but this taking 18650's clearly is advantageous as most of us have at least a dozen kicking around. This is like the xcube 2 for me I saw and just liked the look of it and probably will end up buying one, daft reason for a purchase I know but now and then something just clicks with you.

Were we arguing? I disagree with most people, we all do, that's what makes the world go 'round...best part is we don't have to agree about it.
Can't wait to get my relux! Pre ordered and ready ;)

Lol you're absolutely right! Look forward to hearing everyone's impressions of it when it comes in.

Lol on the photo @sd3614

Ummm yeah... I'm on a laptop so when I found it I just right clicked and saved to desktop then uploaded (so old skool I know). :)

Anywho... I ordered one. Couldn't resist and the wifey is not a happy camper.

Someone mentioned probably have paint issues and this probably will be true and I doubt we will ever see a sleeve, but what can ya do? I "think" I'd rather have this over a 3D print body and door. Either way I may shoot some extra clear coat on the battery cover to at least help that spot last a tad longer.

I'm pumped, this is what I need chain vaping 80 watts all the time on Crown SS coils. :) :) :)

Charge times with the internal 1 amp charger will be...forever, give or take a day. Seriously, though, about 10 hours for a full charge from 3.2v with 3000mAh LG HG2s, about 9 hours with 2500mAh batteries.

This is 100% true, but at least if your going to bed it could be an option for an over night charge. The key is making it through the next day.

The other day when I asked they were unsure on the on board charging which baffled me so at least it is clarified. Trying to decide which battery should be the one to stock up on.

I dont think most vapers have at least a dozen 18650's kicking around, but I might be wrong...

I've got like, two and a half dozen 20a+ 18650s of various brands. Which, by the way, still cost less in total than the cost of the Reuleaux. :)

When I buy a new mod, I usually buy batteries for it, and replacement batteries for it. When I get rid of a mod, I keep the batteries. And I don't buy any mods with sealed batteries.

What I don't have is polygamous sets of three. So if I got the RX, I'd need at least six more batteries. :)

Sounds like my situation – about 25+ 18650s that are 20A+; another 6+ that are 10A; whole bunch of 18350s and 18500s and a few 26650s. Still will need to buy a set of 6 should the Reuleaux cross my doorstep.

On an unrelated note, how can I best dispose of old Li-ion batteries? I have several that are not longer usable, but can’t find anywhere to drop them off for recycling. Tried Home Depot, Staples and Best Buy, and none in my area will take them. I certainly don’t want to toss them in the trash, but I can’t find anyone to accept them for recycling.

Well, if you don't want to just be a real American and throw 'em in the garbage, you are supposed to be able to take them to Home Depot, Best Buy, Verizon corporate stores, Office Depot, etc.

My town has a recycling center for old electronics. I've picked up plenty of speakers, amps, & preamps there because people got rid of them thinking they were broken or because a cabinet speaker had slight water damage. Most amps I have been able to fix and people did not throw them out because they were tube amps, which are not supposed to be garabage'd. See if anywhere near you has a recycling center like that. It should be a town/city building or there may be a privately owned place.
You could also go back to Home Depot or staples insist that they recycle them and say it's the law or something to scare some of the high school kids working there haha

Thanks Tom and Croak. I had a feeling that I wasn't getting the real info from Best Buy and Staples since I only asked the clerk at the help desk (one of which looked at them and said "what are those? Are they like Duracell batteries?"). At Home Depot I did happen to speak with a manager who said that that particular store no longer accepted them, with battery recycling limited to one store in the region. Unfortunately, that one store is pretty far from me.

I'll also give my town government center a call to see if there's a place that accepts them. If so, that's what I'll use. I have the feeling that if I get insistent at a store that they accept them they will do so just to get me out of there, and then just toss them in the trash once I'm gone.

Do you have a Radio Shack or a Hobby shop type store near you? I mean any place that sells batteries/electronics/the like should have a battery disposal service. If they sell any type of LiPo pack or rechargeable batteries they SHOULD recycle them. I'd go so far to say maybe try a cell phone store, they deal with plenty of LiPo batteries in most cell phones if all else fails.
