Top fill is easy. Tighten chimney remove top cap and fill. Then screw top cap on, invert, wait for the juice to flow down into the top of the tank and then crack the chimney open a tad, you will hear the air rush out. Putting the top cap on after filling actually compresses the air in the top of the tank. That's why you get gurgles or floods. After equalizing the pressure then close chimney reorient up and vape. Cracking the chimney gradually as needed until the vacuum in top of the tank builds up.
Yes mine whistled. After a cleaning.
Realized I must have flipped the AFC over. Took it a part flipped the AFC ring over again and whistle was gone.
Wrap coil on mandrel bend legs down at a 90 from the bottom of the half wraps on the ends directly in the center of the coil. Spread coil till legs line up with holes in upside down spare cup then wick, then insert in atty. Takes me less than 2 minutes. Easy Peasy. I tried KGD and Rayon. I prefer the Rayon. With the KGD you can put two thin strips back to back and its ready for the juice slots. With rayon cut the bow tie ends with scissors.

Sustaining 18W at 410F.
Poor Phil he was struggling unnecessarily. I would have thought he had more experience with these. Got mine from the Kaiser last year. Before TP I used the vapin donuts in the Kaiser. They worked wonderful. Has anyone tried them in the Rose?
