Has anybody posted how to take apart the button on the shockwave? Mine is permanently stuck.... Any help would be great.

You could try a drop of oil in there and spin the button by pressing and turning at the same time. You may have a bit of debris in there or what not.

That failing, Snork did up a video on switch removal:

Quick question .... the edges of my "T" and the ring around it with the notches, on the bottom switch, are a little sharp. They hurt my fingers when I am adjusting it, and wondered if anyone filed theirs a bit? Maybe fine steel wool rubbed a bit?
And should I take the "T" off to do it? I don't want to end up scuffing everything in sight.

If you are talking about the "T" itself, sure you can chamfer the edges more if you'd like. On the milled in slots on the body itself, i wouldn't touch those, it may effect the detent action of the ratchet.

It's not so much the "T". After looking, it's mainly this inside edge ..... (the pic will get bigger if you click on it)

Blu that edge should be beveled.
I would let David know about it. And yes that would be very sharp.

The Shockwave is awesome David! It never leaves the coffee table :)

what kinda oil do you suggest? I bet its debris, I have been using the shockwave so much and I love it. But I did expect that that button was going to be the first, quite possibly the only problem I was going to have with the SW with the way I hape.

Motor, sewing machine, gun, 3 in 1, transmission....any should do the trick. ONE drop only, let it flow in around the switch and work it in and wipe away the excess.

Shockwave + HH357 1.5 ohm atty = Great vape
My 0.8 ohm HH357 will be here in a couple of days... It will be a Supercharged Shockwave:vapor:

Let me know how you like it, I'd be curious to try it out.

It would be a similar wattage to running a 1.5 ohm at a little over 5 volts. Not sure how well that would work. If be worried about popping the coil/burnt taste.

I talked to Hanna via e-mail... .. The 0.8 ohm coils use a thicker wick than most to prevent drying out.. He also said that they should last as long as any other HH357 atty...plus on a 3.7 volt mod they work fantastic! I will update you once I recieve it... If you order one you need to order a custom HH(any ohms) and in the Order Instructions/Comments area type that you want it buit with a 0.8 ohm coil....
