To be completely honest siouxsie, she's not an artist I know much about nor follow... My tastes are more retro, with a particular taste in vintage American soul music... This LDR is just not the sort of artist that would grab my attention really...

We have about 50 bodies and caps and switches all finish prepped now since we are still waiting on some of the small parts to be finished with the Rhodium plating. I just sent for a status update this morning and this was their reply:

These parts will be ready by Tuesday. I apologize for the delay, being that these were new to us we had to get them quoted and into the system. An XRF program also had to be made to read these parts. Next time these come to us we will be set to go on them right away. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

While waiting not so patientently for those parts to be done, we've pushed ahead with Prepping the bodies and caps, so it isn't lost time. I estimate if they are accurate in their estimate, we will begin shipping next week.

Getting REALLY excited now. Maybe a miracle will happen and I end up with #13.
I find screaming into a pillow helps. Doesn't disturb or freak anybody TFO. I will now write "Your patience will be rewarded." 100 x on a blackboard like a bad Bart Simpson. If that doesn't help, I'm gonna go head kick the nearest snow man.
And I believe miracles (wasn't that a rather bad 80's song, can't remember; maybe it's just a cliche quote mostly used in Lifetime movies)? But if it doesn't work out at least I know that I have another great #13 mod coming in a months. It's all good

Hope you can keep them. I know it would take a mint to make me part with mine, having much more than money invested in this mod now! Where's that blood, sweat and tears smiley....
I hear you. I have a hard time being patient but this whole Shockwave ordeal has surely helped. I'm not getting two Shockwaves, the 13 is a different mod. I don't think I would part with the SW either, unless I couldn't comfortably handle its size (man that sounds weird). I always wanted just one mod for outside, inside etc. However, I've learned that things do happen and I ended up with none a while ago and smoked instead. So now I'm OK having a "main" mod and a back-up. But the Shockwave is a bit to special to be a back up, hence I am hoping that I found my holy grail.
I didn't mean to suggest you got two shockwaves, I hope your other one is cool too, I think you mentioned a Caravella? I don't want to know what that's about, because if I see pretty things, I have to have them, and ouch does that hurt the bank balance....
No self control!
Yeah, self control has been an issue. Had to sell a mod (yes, it was the Caravela) I really loved but bills had to be paid instead. Just got another credit card for "emergencies" or rather to buy an ELA and a damascus Caravela (13 But for now I'm can't wait for the Shockwave.
