Yes I believe so. Technically the bottom comes off but David says it takes a skilled watchmakers hand to assemble.
Looking at the pictures, there isn't a seam down by the bottom, guess you'd have to take the "T" out, and all that.

I think the whole top cap assembly is one piece including the button portion. I could be wrong, as always.

I etched the number on the button master on/off switch, on the body under the master on /off switch and on the inside edge of the top cap. SW is essentially a two piece design: Top Cap and all its internal components (switch, spring plunger assembly, top post etc) and Bottom Tube and it's components (Master on/off switch, bottom battery post etc).
