I wasn't going to take anything apart .... that's why I asked if there were 3 different pieces or what ....
Might sound stupid but.... Are the Shipping notice some have received going to stay or are there new ones coming.
Emm shows my excitement I guess.
I'll swap parts with you Blu![]()
No point in new ones IMO, we can just keep hitting refresh on the old ones to see when they're dropped off...
Well since the bottom assembly shouldn't be removed and we've seen the video of the top cap, it can probably be gleaned that the battery goes in by removing the top cap.
So it unscrews right where the button meets the tube?
Looking back, I guess it's just 2 pieces ...

So three pieces??First, you can't just switch the bottom master on/off switch, i also engraved the number on the top cap and body(out of sight on the inside) very small, almost can't see it, but its there.
.................snip.................
Well I suspect the top cap unscrews as well....isn't that where my #13 serial number will be?
So three pieces??
Top Cap>>>Button>>>Battery Tube
So we could trade buttons?
I believe that's the bottom switch assembly, and the only inscription visible from the outside of the mod.Yes....you are probably correct sioux......wasn't there a photo of the number inscription somewhere in this thread???.....I'll go and attempt to find it
Yes here it ....but this is the button?? Not "engraved the number on the top cap and body(out of sight on the inside) very small, almost can't see it, but its there. "

I etched the number on the button master on/off switch, on the body under the master on /off switch and on the inside edge of the top cap. SW is essentially a two piece design: Top Cap and all its internal components (switch, spring plunger assembly, top post etc) and Bottom Tube and it's components (Master on/off switch, bottom battery post etc).
Edit: Almost forget: Assembling Shockwaves today we were! If you were one who receieved a tracking number last Friday, it's still valid.
LOL David.....this sounds like a bunch of numeric graffiti can be found on the Shockwave![]()
