Very nice video Snork . It also contains a few key instructions, i had to figure out yesterday the bottom contact adjusting on my own, and voltage is significantly better since, defo a good solid unit, both in performance and in looks.

There is a 26700 IMR Molycell made right here in Canada. JR Custom Turning sells it as well. They have been tested and shown to outperform all others with a reported 40 amp limit. This is a link to the Data Sheet.

WOW !!!! So I had contacted David to add another 26650 with my SW order and he said no problem. When I ordered it I decided to have it shipped so that I could start vaping 47 seconds after I got my SW Well it just showed up and it is a BEAST !!!! I have measered and tried to approximate the size but man this is BIG !!!


I am now even more excited for The Catch (the name of my SW #87) to get here.... Thanks David

I do not know, it might. I'm skeptical if its any different then most out there, i'd have to load test to determine. Theres literally only a couple of outfits that make 26500 and 26650 cells. I tested a MNKE 26650 a year ago or so and it tested the same as my blue IMR 26650, indicating to me they were using the same base cell. It's not uncommon in the battery industry for several brands to be all using the same cell.

My MNKEs are definitely not the same as your blue 26650s. Both the old 4000mah and the new 3500mah have longer run times and charge times. The blues are fine, they're not the same though. There are knock offs out there, I'm sure.

Maybe they have changed cells in the MNKE, but when i tested them a year ago, they came in at 3300mAh approximately as i recall, same as our blue ones. Maybe that has changed. I should re load test them and super impose the graphs to see if they've changed. Please note, i'm not doing this to increase sales of my batteries. In fact, if i find that the MNKE's are different, i'll jump at the chance to bring them onto the lineup.
