I never had a kayfun. The bottom part of the chimney is the same width on the orchid and SilverPlay. The middle is sort of tapered on the SilverPlay where it isn't on the orchid. By middle, I mean the top of the bottom piece of the two part chimney that SilverPlay has. The orchid is only one piece.

I was able to completely assemble the SilverPlay with those orchid parts, but I didn't actually put a build on it.

Mine came in today. My first build attempt was with 28/.8 tiger wire 3mm at .5. I went to put the chimney on and realized my build was to big for the chimney to go on. I ripped it out and did 30/.8 tiger wire 2.4mm at .7. The new build just barely fit. I wicked with Japanese cotton and I filled the larger upper portion of the juice channels with cotton.

The airflow on this thing full open is full open. Crazy amounts of airflow. I stepped it up to 50w (max I have) and it could keep up with long pulls. It was way hotter than I like and still trying to settle in. I had to calm down as I made myself nic sick already.

This thing throws massive clouds even down in the 20s. Now the kicker for me is the muted flavor. I like a balance of flavor/clouds and this thing is way more clouds than flavor. Obviously I am gonna throw builds at it and see if I can get a better ratio. I put the flavor on par with the Atlantis but this has more airflow and seems to throw more clouds. If you want an rta with rda performance this is it.

You should be able to go quite a bit bigger than 30g 2.4mm, its deck is bigger than the Goblins and I fit 26g 2.5mm on that, I know people are running 24g on their Silverplays. Thatll cool down the vapor, 30g is gonna be hooooot at 50w.

I fiddled around some more today with Silverplay and Kayfun parts. I discovered that Orchid chimney is compatible with Silverplay deck, and vice versa, of course.

This is Silverplay with Orchid V6 chimney (V6 is the one with Fogger or Billow style construction), clear Kayfun full tank and Kayfun top-fill cap. No modification necessary. It fit perfectly. I just had to put a 510 drip tip o-ring on top of the chimney to create the seal.

When I tried the Kayfun chimney top, there was a noticeable air flow restriction. In above set-up wiith Orchid chimney with wider diameter stack, I was able to increase the juice capacity with minimal air flow loss. I was still able to chain-vape at 60 watts on a regulated mod, but for longer this time. (Edit: I put my Sxmini in mech mode, and I am now enjoying a quite satisfying chain-vape session at 85 watts without dry-hits!!) I am rather pleased.

I was also able to build an Orchid V4 with Silverplay chimney, Kayfun black full tank and Kayfun top-fill cap. This time, I had use 2 o-rings to create the seal between the top of the chimney and the top cap. There was a slight increase in air flow.

That top-fill cap is so convenient I tell you, especially with juice guzzling builds.

Looking good! Glad to hear the Kayfun/Orchid parts fit nicely! Going to see what kind of mutant I can construct after work.

Anybody want to post of pics of the deck and their builds? Curious to see how your wicking with the channels and how far past the shoulder you're going etc.

The Silverplay channels are specifically cut so the cotton only sits in the wide notch above the main channels. The narrower channels are juice channels, the fat short channels are the cotton channels.
Its a mix between wicking like an orchid and something like an Aqua V2...the cotton is sitting on the deck but has its own little pockets to sit in.

I finished my second tank and decided to see how the kayfun parts work. I combined the base and lower chimney with a pc mtank kayfun chimney top and kayfun top. It looks good has a little more capacity. I could not notice a change in performance. I ordered me a nice topcap as I think I prefer this setup. 3 tanks in I'm at 25w with side airflow turned off and I am really digging this guy.

This probably won't be a adv tank as it burns through liquid like crazy and chunks crazy clouds. People might not want to be fogged out. It will replace my rdas at home.

That was a worry I had... Juice guzzling... Good to hear that the Kayfun bits likely increase size... Which makes sense considering the more narrow chimney etc.

I wish someone made a thinner top fill Kayfun top cap. The only ones out there are like 12ft high.

I'd love to see someone try out a higher resistance build on the milder side... Somewhere around .6. Curious to see its performance and juice consumption then.

Here is the SilverPlay with the Orchid tank, chimney and top cap. Also a side-by-side of the two chimneys.

Whoa at the difference in chimney width! I really hope someone starts making some sweet after market top caps that are Kayfun threaded and accept the Silverplay's chimney. I'm sure they're in the works if this thing catches on.

Man this thing is the PERFECT RTA for the Kayfun lovers who want a RDA experience... AND it fits with the huge assortment of accessories and kits. Game changer for the Kayfun / RDA addict like myself.

Mine's "out for delivery"... get here NOW!

Well I just got my Silverplay in. Getting good flavor and great vapor prod from it. I just had one question. When I goto fill it (have it upside down obv) juice comes dripping out of the drip tip. Maybe I don't have the chimney screwed on all the way? Not sure. But it seems to vape great! Also, one other thing I don't like is that you have to fill it slowly, or else the juice backs up out of the fill hole...

Other than that it seems to be a great atty for the money! I put a dual 26ga. Build (.4 ohms) in it...

It looks like your top cap is screwed on a might crooked. Or am I seeing things?
