Just to clarify... the top cap seal was allowing juice to leak into the top of the chimney... eventually floods deck and goes out air slot.
Make sure your juice flow coincides with the diameter of your coil and wick tails. If you let too much juice pass by your tails you will get leakage. On the contrary, if you choke off your wick tails too much you'll get dry hits.Ange, this thing is very new and has had issues since day one. It leaks from the airflow slot at the bottom (I should have explained that) and the top is a wide "washer" type seal.
DJLsb Vapes has a good video as well. He disassembles everything, as he usually does, and mentions an inside diameter o-ring that seals the barrel to the deck. If you don't have one that would be a quality control issue. It should be there.I just watched two video reviews (again... Grimm Green and Matt SMM) and both mentioned an o-ring in the deck that holds the chamber. Just took it apart, rinsed and dried it. I don't really want to remove the coil (it's still almost new) but if anyone knows if there is a way to remove the deck, I'll remove the coil (just to see if there is an o-ring and if it's messed up) Going to wait... hopefully someone has an answer for me (some of you said there is no o-ring?)
He is very thorough. I already mentioned I finally took it apart and all is well (o-rings are all fine) Main issue is the top cap is loose (even with new seal) My other one fits tighter and works fine (vaping it right now with a strawberry kiwi custard)DJLsb Vapes has a good video as well.
