Right... Who would want to disrespect a Chevy motor by putting it in a Ford... That is just wrong... :p

I'm loving the dna Provari. Sounds like a great upgrade to me. Please keep us updated on the progress.
I assume your smilie is biting his tong because thats what you should be doing! ;-)

Do you plan on having a battery in it as it appears you are simply pushing a DNA board up the tube and running wires to an external battery pack.

Too bad the display doesn't fit the window of the Provari otherwise this could be a cool mod.

No everything will be 100% internal and I am going to incorporate a charger. I am going to reshape the window so that the whole OLED is visible and. The window is still going to be too wide and there is nothing that I can do about that, but I will find a workaround to make it look great. I think that a black background behind the screen and possibly tinting the the new window will work nicely.

GRRRR a 427 is not just a chevy engine it came in Cobra Mustangs, Galaxy,Fairlane,Thunderbird, and the Mercury Montiego tore up nascar in the early 70 with a Ford 427.

Lol I know...I'm fortunate enough to come from a Ford family. My Dad owns a 1969 Mustang Fastback with a 428 Super Cobra Jet that makes short work of just about anything at the stoplight or the unmodifieds at the drag strip.

Just busting your chops. :)

Provape has got to get in the VW game sooner or later. Everyone says VV and VW are the same thing, but anything I put on my Vamo fires at the wattage it's set at, (and yes, electricity is measured in volts too) by doing the math for me. We're Americans, we are lazy. We take shortcuts. We buy unhealthy McBurgers while sitting in our cars instead of cooking real food for our children. I'm waiting on buying a Provari until they upgrade to have that feature.

I expect to banned for having said said this. The Provariratti are already tapping my phone and stalking my house. But I'm not the only one who feels this way. And I have a feeling no one will boycott Provari after they finally add VW, btw.

The OP's mod is cool, and great little project. I'm interested in following it, unless I get banned.

I couldn't agree more, I find it hard to believe someone would shell out the kind of money for a provari when it is outdated. It's well built but so are the zmax, tesla etc. etc. provari needs to get with the times and quit resting on their laurels.

Its isnt outdated at all. Both VV and VW get you to the same place just by different routes. Thats my biggest pet peeve with VW, people saying that its more advanced than VV. .... if it works for you, then great, but it isnt a MUST have for anyone.

Im far from slumming with my good old VV Provari. The only "limitation" I have is that I cant use multiple juice delivery devices without changing the settings, and thats not a limitation at all since Ive already found what works best for me/have zero interest in changing my carto tank/rba/clearomizer like a woman changes shoes. :)

@ the O.P nice work on getting all of that inside such a tiny tube.
