I think vapage is closed on the weekend, so I'm sure they are catching up on a lot of emails and may not have gotten to your emails sent this morning.
I think a lot of people have unreal expectations as far as customer service response times from small businesses in the e cig industry are concerned.

I better up my nic --- because dear tearose is getting angry!
No supplier is perfect. No mod is perfect. Vapage has been on the top of the list above and beyond what's expected of a supplier on many fronts.
What is their mistake? Trusting the shipping from the other side of the world to arrive on time?
And -- I do also seem to recall that the restocking of Vmod XL wasn't originally expected until sometime in February. The fact that they got it done before the Two Week Chinese New Year Celebration is amazing.
Blame this one on the Shipper --- not Vapage.

Vapage isn't the only one feeling the crunch of Chinese New Year.
My local vape shop is totally out of starter kits, and doesn't expect any for a few more weeks.
The Chinese don't have many holidays like we do here. As a result, the New Year Holiday is like Christmas, Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving all rolled into one. The factories shut down for a week, but it's more like 3 weeks. Many have to replace up to a 1/4 of the workforce, because they take the off-time to find new jobs.
I understand the frustration with waiting for your XL's to ship.
Personally, I've waited for months for a device to ship.
Ask anyone on the EQ list about the year wait, only to have it recalled a week later.
The VVPV has been in the works forever too.
There was even a pre-order that was cancelled back in September.

AG, I have no serious beef at all with Vapage, yes I am concerned with the lack of communication and parts, as a consumer, I choose at this time to play it safe. I do love the Vmod XL and would love to replace it, but as I said in an earlier post I am sitting this out till they have all thier ducks in a row with items in stock etc. I have learned to live without the one I gave my father and don't want to get spoiled again only not to be able to get parts....
I do know the chinese holdiday is creating havoc across the ecig industry, seems everything is out everywhere! I think Americans need to strart producing our own items again!!! I would have been more than comfortable waiting it out on the XL's had I recieved communication from Vapage, even an update on thier site, anything...
Edited to add: I actually secretly hope it was too late to cancel the order and they do in fact ship...so there

I just got off the phone with Vapage....the Vmods just arrived on the truck this afternoon!
