Does anyone else find that they also seem to go through juice a bit faster with their XL than with a standard type tank?
I find that my juice seems to not last as long in the XL than in a tank on a ProVari.... Is this because the nature of the bottom feeder is that we "force" our juice into the atomizers/cartomizer? Is the XL even a "real" bottom feeder since gravity and pressure are the mechanics?..... I really like it, and have no issues with any leakage and the bottle lasts me a good while. However a 5ml tank lasts about the same amount of time as the 9ml bottle which only really gets filled to about 7ml-8ml. It's no big deal, just a curiosity.

some how i always get some juice leak outside the carto. i wonder if i did something wrong here , any help ?
My guess would be the o-ring may not be seated correctly, or even may have fallen out... Check the posts around 1470 ... good discussion and photos of o-ring issue.:) Another possibility may be the cartomizer is itself not screwed in completely?.....Do you have the same experience with different cartomizers/atomizers?

wuds the o ring ? is it like a black rubber band ? if it is then i don't have it on my vmodxl . I don't have any other cartos to test with , i ordered like bunch of silos on the new year and yes i screwed it in completely. Im looking at that picture on page 148 and i'm not sure thats black round thing is the o ring .

Thank you for this pics.

I had two O-ring. I put the larger as in the pics. And the smallest O-ring, I put it around the base of the chimney stainless steel.

Do you think it is ok?

For me, there is 2 O-ring.

But i'm not sure for the little O-ring. I put it around the base of the chimney stainless steel.

I never had answer to my question.

Little question about press on the bottle:

u must use more power when in bottle is only for example 1ml or needed press is constant for 9 to 0 ml?

It's about the same no matter how full the bottle is, since you will be tipping the mod so the juice is at the mouth of the bottle when squeezing.

No change in pressure required.

The tilting above level or all the way to inverted allows juice to go into a little chamber. A little shake or slight tap can remove any air bubbles that may be keeping the juice from flowing into the chamber and creates a vacuum, of sorts. Then, a small squeeze is used when the device is vertical to force the juice into the atty/carto. A dry pull can also do the same thing.

That's why when vaping in bed or lounge chair there is almost no need to even tap the bottle -- the mod is naturally held tilted a bit and the tooting is feeding the atty.

The XL isn't as delicate as his original little brother. You can squank, squeeze, squish all you like. You don't even have to tilt it when the bottle is pretty full. Overfeeding seems to eventually drain back into the bottle. Just don't do it while you are vaping and the bottle is tilted!

--------------

On another note --- I don't get the occasional comment around the forum "it's not really a true bottom feeder". Um, the juice is entering the atty from the bottom---and not over the bridge as atty's were designed for. I imagine this was quite a nice discovery. And, I truly believe that's how the term "bottom feeder" was developed. It doesn't mean that one has to pressure force juice upwards which some seem to have wanted to morph the definition to mean.

With the XL you certainly can pressure force the juice up -- but why bother?

AG, tearose50 - thanks for description,

I wanted to ask - in boge revolution is unfortunately so that you have to push hard, and the less jute this even harder.

The difference probably results from the use of needles in boge and its absence in the vmod.

P.S. Soon mad, now already 28 feb, and on the status vapage still "processing" - you have no idea how I envy you;)
