Hi Smilee! Glad you got it and are enjoying it! If you want to wear it around your neck, some have had success by putting a lanyard lead around the chimney and screwing the cone down onto it. It just might work!

This longed-for moment has come and hold in the hands of the best e-cigarette, the world has ever seen!

I'm glad it only for several hours, but at that time had never released him from the hands and four times fainted from nicotine.

At the outset I thank everyone for their support, which saved my life during this endless waiting for my XL.

Now, first impressions:

1) Appearance:

As the pictures - looks great, feels good in my hands and admit though that I was thinking of ordering smaller brother, the sooner I order a second XL - its size is just perfect.

2) cooperation with atomisers:
got into the turn, all I had and all the attys and carto work fine (on 6v 3ohm Slamming)

3) Power supply:
I was afraid that fit my battery (69mm), but there is no problem, come tighter than normal, but it's ok

4) Air flow:
is fairly sizable, but I do not mind

5) kneading the bottle
It took me moments of shift from Boge, where we had a really hard push, but controlled and is extra

6) construction - sturdy and simple - I like this - it is no mess
the only weak point is the o-rings, which probably wear out over time, but treating them as part of the performance is acceptable

7) Accessories:
drip tips - frankly, no revelations, went to the drawer, use mine old
BF atty 2ohms - not bad, but often you need to pour, maybe gets started, but I prefer the 1.7 ohm noname bridgeless
silo - not tested yet, but measured the measure and is 4ohms, so rather only to 6v

8) Switch - is ok - simple and working, blocking some unfinished visually, but effective

9) The minor flaws / improvements for the future:

retracts into the body - i have to move sideways a little to enter into
bottle holder - could be a little larger and also based on some plastic profiled in the middle - not to fly to the side, but it's nothing

hook on the lead - that I miss most - I got used to wearing the e-cigarette on the neck - I had something odd tricks on their own

overall rating 12/10 ;) - I do not regret the purchase and all the nerves, and I strongly recommend for all!!!

edit: aaaah, one more (the largest defect) liquid disappears in the eyes;)

I've been soaking a Silo for a couple of days, popped it on the Vmod 2.0 and dramatically better. I'm going to give some other cartos a go for sure. I have some Boges here, bought them for the SD Keychain mod but need to make sure they are right for the Vmods.

So, if you're having issues with yours, it may just be a bum Silo. The Vmods are basically built like a flashlight so I knew the unit itself was fine. I suppose any mod owner is going to be more of a geek and research, but not an ideal experience. The Vmod is so excellent it deserves a consistent quality carto from Vapage.

Vapage did PM me here and is going to make sure I am taken care of on the bum Silos, which is great. I've been pleased with their customer support every time I've contacted them.

I have a question about the center pin:

whether it is threaded and screwed, or maybe put on the gasket?,
and its position relative to the holes at the bottom of this matter?
how it is connected to the power wire, soldered, or to touch?

I have the impression that, unfortunately, to get a similar impression of smoke I have ever higher voltages - for example, the same amount of smoke I have now for 4v what I had on the new XL at 3.7 V

and can this thing with contacts - what do you advise?

One more thing:
what you clean, only threads ?
how looks a XL bath ?

What was the verdict on those Madvapes NiMh 4.8 volt batteries? I just ordered 4. I remember some people loved 'em, but how long can you vape on one? What seem to be the ideal atty resistance with those?

I have a pair of these 4.8v batteries and they work pretty good. It usually last me a whole day but I carry the extra battery just incase.

@Smilee

I can't answer all your questions, but I do know about baths!

Since it is all mechanical you can wash everything except the atty/carto.

I usually just rinse the chassis with hot water with the faucet at a sink. It's a good idea to use a collander just in case a seal comes off, so nothing is lost.

You can you soapy water -- just rinse it really well.

I try and blow out the chamber a bit to rid of excess water and speed up drying time. Of course, you want it dry as you don't want water in the chamber, it dilutes the juice too much (ick).

Bath's have done wonders for the Jr. Version in the past.

I loved your clothes for your XL, by the way. Repurposing a wallet is a great idea!

I love me 4.8s, and I toss just about everything on them, other than the io6 which runs too darn hot for my taste, even with at 3.7v. (It's a 2.0Ω)

How long do they last? LOL, who knows. I'm never the one to know that answer as I switch up devices all day and nite.

901 dreamer here. (<wink wink>, Tat!) :D

ok, i try
long dry after the bath?

I knew that it must be from the skin and I had nothing at hand and as I know I'm the king of patience to cut up my mother's wallet (I was just visiting with her) ;)

I see a slight improvement in smoke as not tighten atomizer - very slightly better airflow and better smoke

"long dry after the bath?"

Not long in warm spot.

Shake it to get water out, also.

I think I found another solution - not bathed and it seems that brought back the flow of air, again, I firmly tightened atty, batteries, barely 3.56 V and the smoke like a locomotive;)

how did I do?

exactly the same as cleaning attys (do not rinse them hardly ever, and the long run):
Foto0112.jpg

This loads the equipment from top to XL, from the bottom of a tissue, a dozen energetic input and XL as new - I recommend
you buy such a device at any pharmacy (except in the U.S. too) ;)

from to atty already realized that it produces far more pressure than our lips;) and for the purification of the remnant is ideal liquid:

try this - we'll see how much is enough but it may not have to bathe and risk the loss of O-rings;), given that such baths are not necessarily well affect the contact

edit: the equipment to the nose must have cut off the tip ;)

@Smilee, nikt nie rozumie. Rozumiem ze gałka gumowa, ale jaki płym Pan przepycha tym przez XL?

One of the problems is that all the contacts build up some resistance. Even 1/2 ohm total, which isn't much, will "eat" a lot of the power. Cleaning the switch area and other contacts with a professional contact cleaner/antioxidant makes a big difference. Even 75-90% alcohol helps.

smilee, I'm confused. It might a language barrier, or just me. Can you find this online and would you link it, please?

Kat Dawlin... That thing appears to be an ear lavage squeeze doohickey or similar... I think Smilee trimmed the tip down to fit in the in the threads with a tight seal to blow the water out from a bath by squeeze pressure instead of blowing it clear....

Could be wrong on my interpretation but with the shape of that thing and the word pharmacy it is a hunch....
