So, where can one find some of this copper foil? I looked for a bit right after I got this thing. Then my buddy weiser came to my rescue temporarily. ;-)

Hi folks, I'm glad this topic is up, I'm getting ready to kick my VmodXL; should have the kick in a day or two, so the search is on for copper tape. I found some at Home Depot which is "copper tape for snail and slug barrier". It's conductive so I think It'll work. Anybody try this stuff yet? It's about $8 for 15', one inch wide I think. Also, I've been loving the ShiFu attys. I hope Vapage has them in 2.5 soon, as with the kick I believe I'm going to want to bump up the ohms, any thoughts?
The copper pieces that I ordered yesterday are already on the way. Let me see how they do. If they work good, I can throw a few in an envelope for you. I'm sure you're in 'get this thing working asap' mode though. 
No need to bump the Ohms, I can run the kick all the way to the 10 watts with the 2.0's without any issue. Thats the beauty of the kick, it's regulates to balance everything out.

the copper lining works the best for me did not have any problems at all. I've been doing this since my first V-MOD XL.

I'm still cracking up at Chester's video!! I'll be sharing that one, it's hilarious! Good to know I can use my 2.0 atty's Tat, I'll have to familiarize myself with the kicks function. Glad I found this thread, I've got 2 XL's and a 2.0, and I love the Vmod! Can't wait to find out how it works with the kick, hard it imagine it getting better, but I'll soon be finding out

I'm a RA guy and found that it cant use any bottom feed RA without mod..so deside to made a major mod for it..
take it apart and made the new parts

just got confirmation on being a vmodian and i think i see it coming in the mail next week.
Never tried BFmods however am exited in being a vmodded and wanting to get a taste of those Shifus, btw just to ask
it seems someone tried some IKV in the previous pages, wonder if anyone has any success in making these work. For the local distributor has these stocked and having a spare incase i dont get those shifu's as a replacement in time
