I'm not totally against reform with health care. It's a shame that we live in a country where we can land a man on the moon using computers that by todays standards, your toasters computer is 1000 more powerful than the navigational computer on the Apollo spacecraft, yet people die each day because they can't get to see a doctor for a simple checkup.

Where does this fall into electronic cigarettes? Well, we live in the 21st century and have a technology that will end up saving more lives than anything man can ever devise. Yet we're throwing it all away because they can't be taxed and at the ego of a rotundus lawyer because he wants to inflate his ego along with his waist.

I feel we're going backwards. Forwards in technology, backwards in mentality.

A very good job, BigJim! I have recently become thoroughly convinced that people trying to outlaw e-cigs, do so because we're enjoying ourselves. Addiction is something to be reviled.... If you smoked, you must be subjected to sticking medicated band-aides on your person, or chew silly-putty flavored gum, just to reinforce the fact that you SMOKED!!! Flaunting your happiness is forbidden. Their way, or the highway. *sigh* what a world! Thanks again, Big Jim

there are already more programs in which the government intrudes on our lives and freedoms in the name of safety than i care for.

yet- this subject touches me. anyone here paying for a loved one's medical bills? Including your own?
